I am very touched by the service provided by Ms. Deng before, during, and after my stay in her studio room. She contacted me a few days before I arrived in Chengdu, prepared a very beautiful room for my 5-day, 4-night stay, and provided an iron upon my request. She was also very kind in answering my questions about interesting places in Chengdu and where to buy affordable souvenirs. My room was cleaned every day by the cleaning staff. I am truly touched by the service from Ms. Deng and her staff. 10 stars for my stay at the Huan Le Song Gong Gyu hotel/studio. I will definitely visit this hotel/studio again. ❤️❤️

This stay far exceeded my expectations and deserves full marks! The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of the main shopping area, making getting around super easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The staff were exceptionally attentive, efficient and enthusiastic in responding to all my needs from check-in to requests, and even proactively offered suggestions for local sightseeing. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious, satisfying different tastes. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose Ji Hotel again!

The design is absolutely stunning! As someone who easily gets lost, I was a bit disoriented when I first arrived. However, I was still captivated by the design details – the recurring framework and Shu Brocade elements in the elevators and public areas, and the sofa's color scheme and round bathtub by the window in the room instantly brought the space to life. I absolutely loved the bathroom sink; I even took a picture, planning to get one like it for my home in the future. Service: Mia was very kind and friendly. Cleanliness: The room was meticulously clean and tidy. Environment: The environment was upscale and harmonious. It's right below MixC, yet surprisingly quiet. The room's smart system is called 'Xiao Mian,' which is also my cat's name. Every time I called for it, it felt like I was calling my own cat.

The hotel is located greatly which just a 2min walking distance to the MRT. The customer service is super nice that accommodates our request on time. Very good experience and will come again.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and why did I choose it, you ask? It was love at first sight with the tatami room! When I got in, it looked exactly like the pictures – I was so pleased. There were so many lights, giving off different vibes. The front desk proactively contacted me with check-in details and even asked in advance if I was checking out or extending my stay, which was very thoughtful! There's a projector, disposable toilet seat covers, and even hand soap – it’s the first time I've seen hand soap in a hotel, and it smelled great, very high-end! The eco-friendly slippers also felt really premium, and there were both men's and women's slippers in the bathroom, all suitable sizes. The toothbrushes were also better quality than many other hotels. After all that, I want to mention a couple of things I didn't quite understand. For this price, I feel like they could definitely provide free disposable face towels, but they didn't. The price was stickered on, and it was even a bit faded, which suggests previous guests (or several) hadn't used them, so they'd just been left there without being replaced. While not expensive, it just felt a bit… off. Also, the sink was a bit clogged and drained slowly… but it’s not a major issue. The hotel is very close to Chengdu East Station, I think it’s two stops away. There are also lots of restaurants downstairs, so the location is pretty good and easy to find. I didn't have any really bad experiences. I have to mention again how cozy the room felt. If I have the chance to be near East Station again, I'd probably stay here! I hope my five-star review encourages the hotel to keep up the good work!

I booked a room for my mother. The owner was very nice. She could check in directly by sending the WeChat password. This was very convenient. My mother said the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on and the room was very clean. I have to give it a good review.

The hotel is newly renovated, the stay experience is great, from check-in to departure, every link makes me feel extremely comfortable and warm. The room facilities are quite complete. After staying in Chengdu for two days, I can just wash my clothes. There is a washing machine in the room. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the room layout is relatively good! Separate wet and dry! Behind it is Vientiane City, which is very lively and cost-effective. It is worth recommending!
