Hotels in The Mixc/Niushikou, Chengdu

Everything else was great. The hotel told me I left some clothes in the room. When I went back the next day to pick them up, there was only one person at the front desk. Meanwhile, in the next room, there were at least three employees doing who-knows-what 👀. There were also people checking in and picking up luggage. I just needed to grab my clothes, but I waited for ten minutes, and they searched for ten minutes, constantly having to call colleagues to ask. The front desk girl was very polite and had a good attitude, but the hotel's handover process is seriously flawed.

This stay far exceeded my expectations and deserves full marks! The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of the main shopping area, making getting around super easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The staff were exceptionally attentive, efficient and enthusiastic in responding to all my needs from check-in to requests, and even proactively offered suggestions for local sightseeing. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious, satisfying different tastes. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose Ji Hotel again!

Very good, very good

This apartment was absolutely the right choice for our family trip to Chengdu with the kids! The place was spotlessly clean and felt just as relaxing as home. Right outside is Dongdalu Metro Station, with easy transfers between Line 2 and Line 8, making it super convenient to get to the high-speed train station or tourist attractions. Downstairs, Global Center Mall has tons of restaurants, so late-night snacks and treats are always available. The area is really well-developed, meaning we didn't have to worry about food, accommodation, or transport when traveling with kids – it was truly hassle-free! It's perfect for families traveling with children, offering convenient transport, lodging, and dining all in one. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Chengdu, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and why did I choose it, you ask? It was love at first sight with the tatami room! When I got in, it looked exactly like the pictures – I was so pleased. There were so many lights, giving off different vibes. The front desk proactively contacted me with check-in details and even asked in advance if I was checking out or extending my stay, which was very thoughtful! There's a projector, disposable toilet seat covers, and even hand soap – it’s the first time I've seen hand soap in a hotel, and it smelled great, very high-end! The eco-friendly slippers also felt really premium, and there were both men's and women's slippers in the bathroom, all suitable sizes. The toothbrushes were also better quality than many other hotels. After all that, I want to mention a couple of things I didn't quite understand. For this price, I feel like they could definitely provide free disposable face towels, but they didn't. The price was stickered on, and it was even a bit faded, which suggests previous guests (or several) hadn't used them, so they'd just been left there without being replaced. While not expensive, it just felt a bit… off. Also, the sink was a bit clogged and drained slowly… but it’s not a major issue. The hotel is very close to Chengdu East Station, I think it’s two stops away. There are also lots of restaurants downstairs, so the location is pretty good and easy to find. I didn't have any really bad experiences. I have to mention again how cozy the room felt. If I have the chance to be near East Station again, I'd probably stay here! I hope my five-star review encourages the hotel to keep up the good work!

The hotel is located greatly which just a 2min walking distance to the MRT. The customer service is super nice that accommodates our request on time. Very good experience and will come again.

The service is very good and considerate. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient, only 2 minutes away from the subway station. When we left Chengdu, it was only a 10-minute drive to Chengdu West Railway Station. The space in the room is also very large and very useful. The price/performance ratio is very high.

The location of the hotel is not to say, the front desk staff are very warm, the room is quite big, the bed is very comfortable, the price is not generally high. There are many places to eat downstairs.

The hotel is newly renovated, the stay experience is great, from check-in to departure, every link makes me feel extremely comfortable and warm. And the front desk lady helped me upgrade to an audio-visual twin room, the projection quality clarity, the smooth play, the bathroom hygiene is also very clean, whether it is hardware facilities or software services, it is very good. I will also share this wonderful experience with more friends, so that more people feel the charm of this hotel. I look forward to coming here next time and continue to enjoy this warmth and comfort.
