Basically I stay here for two days at this time every year. The room is still clean. The carpet used to be carpet but now it is replaced by wooden floor. The front desk has also been changed. However, the service is still very good and I feel very friendly.

I took the initiative to contact the hotel until 5:30 pm. I was told that two rooms did not come out! ! ! After arriving at the hotel, I questioned it. During the communication process, there were a few words that made me feel inappropriate, and I thought that the service had room for improvement: 1. The front desk said that the store has a cleaning and the cleaning of the room is slow; 2. If you are not satisfied with 17:40, you will retire. I said that if you tell me at 2 pm, I can accept it. My meal at 6 o'clock, you will let me retire at 17:40 and find it again. It will not be appropriate; 3. For the room type I upgraded with rights, the hotel said that it was upgraded, but the big bed upgraded me to a double bed, which was a bit meaningless. At the same time, I also have a dissatisfaction with the facilities. The next night, there was a sensor light that could not be automatically turned off. I contacted the front desk for nearly half an hour and couldn't be solved. Finally, I chose to borrow tape and A4 paper at the front desk and stick it on myself! ! ! Hotel facilities, environment, health are good, I hope that the service can be improved, it will improve the overall quality of the hotel. By the way, there is a room feeling of 30 square meters.
