The hotel was very quite， clean and comfortable. The bedding looked new and fresh.The front desk staff were friendly, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to Chunxi Road. The bathroom was spotless too, with disposable slippers and toiletries provided.

Comfortable bed , love my room . Friendly staff. Free do it yourself laundry with laundry liquid , softener provided . The subway station is only a 5-6 minute walk away. The surrounding facilities are well-developed, making shopping easy. A small supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is a direct shuttle service to various attractions. Traveling around is very convenient. The hotel's service is thoughtful and attentive. When checking in, staff will proactively offer a glass of lemon tea. The front desk also upgraded the room for free. Due to its proximity to residential areas, the environment is quiet and free from the noise of car horns, making the living experience very comfortable. The hotel's decor is relatively new and has a youthful overall style that feels refreshing and vibrant. Overall, it is a very good choice.

While planning my trip, I researched and found Chunxi Road to be a very central location with easy subway access. I picked this apartment based on reviews, and I was really impressed after checking in. Its location is fantastic, being just a stone's throw away from the subway station, IFS, Taikoo Li, and Daci Temple. The room itself was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The all-in-one washer-dryer was a lifesaver, especially for a summer trip, completely removing the worry of dirty clothes piling up or having trouble drying them. I would definitely return or recommend it to friends. It's truly a great find!

We definitely recommend this hotel in Chengdu, the staff are really friendly (front desk staff 10 points) 😊. The room is clean and has a good size. Is a quiet and calm place to stay, also you can wash your clothes, it's count with a washing machine and a dryer,very helpful. Very close to the underground Chunxi road, there are many shops and restaurants to enjoy your day and very beautiful in the night too.

The hotel receptionist was friendly and nice as we checkin very early in the morning. Luckily they have someone to assist us during checkin. Drinks and snacks were provided as complimentary at the lobby area. The hotel is very near to food, spa and shopping area. Just right opposite tai koo li area. They even gave us a canvas bag with panda design on our check out day as a souvenir. Delivered my Taobao parcel and they helped to collect for me and assist me the location to collect them from the storage cupboard available nearby the hotel.

I had a king classic booked, which I thought was a big room in the first place (52 m2). However, on our arrival, we were told that they upgraded our room. The room was HUGE, a full apartment. Everything was so clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. The bed was so big and comfy. Many closets, hangers and mirrors. The washing machine is easy to use and you can set it on automatic for washing and drying so you can get your laundry done while you sleep or when you're out. The wifi has VPN. The only ”bad” thing about the room is that the shower's water pressure is too weak, and there arent strong mirror lights for getting ready. The hotel's location is perfect: a few minutes walk to Tianfu square and many coffee shops, restaurants and mini markets around. Facing the hotel is a Sichuan Opera theater; we booked a late night show there, which was convenient. Overall, we had an amazing stay and we'd book the hotel again.

The room design was spacious and elegant, featuring a tea ceremony table and a home projector cinema, which my son absolutely loved. What impressed me most was the lush greenery outside the balcony. Opening the screen window, we were greeted with a refreshing green vista through the expansive glass panes, complete with fragrant yuzu trees laden with fruit of all sizes. It was truly a natural oasis with grass, trees, flowers, and fruits. The balcony also featured a small table and chairs, perfect for children to read and study outdoors, which is very beneficial for their eyes. Another incredibly convenient aspect was the hotel's dining service; the food was delicious. I was personally very satisfied and would definitely stay here again given the chance. Special mention to the ladies at the front desk whose service attitude was exceptional. Overall, a truly enjoyable trip!
