Somerset Hotel, an Ascott property, truly lives up to its reliable brand name. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and fully equipped, with spotlessly clean linens. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was quick and efficient. The service was impeccable. Overall, a fantastic experience. Even though this trip was rushed, I still managed to savor Chongqing noodles, other local dry pot dishes, and ordered takeout – I made sure not to miss out on the good food!

Service: Highly recommended, the service was excellent. Location: Super convenient, with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. Cleanliness: Spotless. Facilities: It was a very quick stay, so I didn't get to explore the facilities, but I have full confidence in Ascott's quality.

My stay here was fantastic! Ellie and Melody at the front desk handled our check-in swiftly and even reminded us about parking. The room was spotless with no strange odors, the bedding was super comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with amenities. The location is great, very close to the subway with lots of snack options nearby, making it super convenient. The service was incredibly attentive; I'll definitely be back!

We originally booked for 6 nights and ended up extending for another two! A special shout-out to Parker and Yang Cheng. When we checked out yesterday, it was drizzling, and they walked us to the car with an umbrella. They also helped us load all our luggage into the car. Huge thanks to everyone!

Chengdu is truly a travel paradise! Even the business hotels in the new district offer such great service. I felt that the service was on par with a five-star hotel in Bali. The hotel is clean and tidy, with beautiful views. Shops are conveniently located downstairs, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options just across the street. Simply amazing! I’ll recommend my family to stay here next time as well. 成都真是个旅游天堂！就连新区的商务酒店服务都如此的好。我感觉跟巴厘岛5星级酒店服务没有差距。酒店干净整洁，风景漂亮，楼下商店便利，对面有很多逛街和吃饭的地方，太棒了。我推荐我家人下次也来这里。

Great location and excellent service. Definitely worth staying again. My only suggestion is that the lady at the entrance of the breakfast restaurant was a bit too overzealous, questioning everyone entering and leaving. It got to the point where I felt I had to report to her even when just going to the restroom, to avoid being mistaken for someone trying to freeload food. For a hotel at this price point, I believe this could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel is very close to the airport, with excellent shopping opportunities nearby, especially at SKP. There are also plenty of dining options in the area. The service was excellent. Our room was very practical and convenient, even allowing us to cook our own meals. It was very quiet and peaceful. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite.

As someone who spends most of their travel time at hotels, I've visited many cities across the country, and Chengdu left the best impression. A significant part of that positive experience I attribute to this accommodation. First off, this hotel is incredibly pet-friendly – and it's not just a gimmick! Every aspect is well thought out. The lobby on the first floor has a pet supply station, and the room setup is very accommodating for pets, with no dangerous sharp edges or corners. Next, the staff. Please, hotel management, give a special shout-out to your cleaning staff! They are incredibly efficient, meticulous in their cleaning, and have wonderful attitudes. The front desk team is equally excellent; no matter the time, they are always responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. The surrounding area also features pet-friendly parks, which is a huge bonus for pet owners. All in all, the hotel is fantastic. What's more, the nearby restaurants and cafes are excellent and offer great value for money, making them highly recommendable. This stay has made me love Chengdu even more!

I always stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Chengdu. The rooms are very spacious, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient, with an abundance of dining options nearby. The gym is in the shopping mall directly across the street, just a two or three-minute walk away. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Today, because I had an early flight, they even prepared some bread, yogurt, and fruit for me to take with me. There are numerous restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and a FamilyMart convenience store is also very close, making it super easy to grab anything you need. Breakfast quality is average, but it's certainly not bad.

Underground parking is available, and the hotel is pet-friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The ambiance is wonderful, and the indoor lighting is excellent. The service provided is very attentive. Just be aware that pets are not allowed free of charge, and an additional 2k deposit is required.

I can’t say enough great things about all the Ascott hotels I’ve stayed at in China, and this one was no exception: perfect location, perfect room, and incredibly friendly, helpful staff. Having a washing machine in the room is a major convenience for me since I travel light, and a comfy bed is a must - they have it all! I’m back home now and already missing this place so much. Huge thanks for everything!

The moment I pulled up by taxi, I knew I'd made the right booking. I absolutely love this building! Unlike the typical square, blocky designs of other buildings, this Ascott property's exterior is genuinely beautiful. While the lobby isn't overly grand, the lounge area, summer beverage station, and even the pet strollers are all neatly organized. The staff were incredibly welcoming. I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected after my flight, and they kindly arranged an early check-in and an upgraded room for me. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk who helped me with my many bags and escorted me up to my room. I'm so impressed with the in-room amenities. They have everything you could need, from kitchenware to a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers. I really hope my boss sends me on more trips to Chengdu, so next time I can even bring my wellness kettle and herbal teas to the hotel, haha!

Decided to give their pet-friendly rooms a try! I'm already planning on bringing my own fur baby along next time I'm here for a business trip, hahaha. So nice! Chengdu truly is such a wonderfully inclusive city. What's more, after the room was cleaned, there was absolutely no lingering pet odor. Even my friend, who doesn't own a dog, couldn't detect any smell, which is truly amazing! Hehe, I love it! Definitely pet-friendly and highly recommended! P.S.
