Clean, tidy and cozy Bed was really comfy and amenities provided were good quality. Breakfast was really good! We stayed for 4 nights and it was different each day with a huge variety! The dining area was also big and spacious. Staff were very nice and friendly. There’s a self-serve laundry room on the 1F. When ours was done, the staff delivered it to our room AND it was folded too. We really appreciated that! Ordered delivery and once, it came to my room via a robot! It was a fun experience! Downside - the sound proof as i could easily hear people outside the hall. One night there were 2 separate occasions when someone was talking loudly on the phone past 11pm. It is also a bit of a walk to/from station. Fast check-out and I was happy to receive a panda hairband! but it would be more useful to receive it during check-in as I could wear it during my trip. I really enjoyed my stay here and it’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Definitely recommend this to others and if you want a sophisticated panda theme hotel.

Everything is great except that sometimes it can be abit noisy. Soundproofing needs to be improved.

The staff here is nice and I like their rooms. The pandas painted on the walls and in little angles are cute and make this hotel very unique. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 rooms ( non smoking ) , both were very spacious, clean and beautiful. So comfortable and very impressive! Service was also meticulous. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and will definitely book again if visiting Chengdu.
