Very nice place to stay I enjoyed my stay there the people are very nice and helpful here and it's close to the city centre

I really enjoyed this place. The staff at the desk were super helpful. Every time I asked anything they got straight into it. They cleaned my room everyday and was in a perfect spot. Was exactly what I was looking for. Thankyou

An excellent location! Easily accessible to the People’s park and Tianfu Square. Excellent for the price. The establishment is a little tired and with a little renovation in the common spaces will pass from very good to excellent.

Large hotel room, good value for the money. Even has kitchen with working fridge and washing machine, however the stove top did not appear to turn on. Quiet and clean space with good views looking outside the windows. TV remote was broken and did not work to change channels though. Comfortable large queen-sized bed with warm sheets. Large closet to store clothing. Separate shower and toilet, which is nice to see in China. Enough space to do home workouts, which is great considering some other hotels in China do not provide as much space for this price. Location is good in downtown Chengdu, however finding the hotel at first was not easy since the entrance was located behind a car gate near a parking lot, and not facing the street. The check-in and check-out office is on the 13th floor to the right of the elevators in the hallway. Overall, I could see myself booking this hotel again if there are few better options for the money.

This is not a hotel—it’s just a room for rent in an apartment building. The apartment itself is old and outdated. Public area cleanliness is poor, around 3/10. Many families live here long-term, and it’s not a smoke-free building. The photos on the website are not current and don’t reflect the real condition. The washing machine and refrigerator work well. There’s a built-in stove (we didn’t use it), but no kitchenware or cutlery—just a kettle. No microwave either. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the AC is good. Staff are very helpful. The location is in the CBD, which is convenient. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and aren’t too picky about cleanliness, this apartment might be a good choice for the price.

Good apartment hotel.The apartments fittings are modern, the fridge works well, excellent wifi, good desk setup for working. The location is great. Will stay there next time. The lifts are the only bad thing about the stay.

Good price and central location. Bit hard to find at first, you just go down the driveway behind the boom gate and turn left, then for to floor 13 to reception. You need to be buzzed up by the attendant. Ac isn't great but room has a washing machine, comfortable bed, a bit of smoke smell.

Great location. Average cleanliness (although housekeeping visits every day). There is a stove but 0 utensils or cookewear to take advantage of it, also no microwavw.

A good base to explore Chengdu from. Big and clean rooms with great views over the city and a very helpful reception desk.

Convenient location. 5 minutes walk to Chengdu People’s Park. Great value for the money.

We had a really good stay, room with a little kitchen, everything clean and friendly staff, good view

I had a long stay , it started out well , then it got cold. There were some issues with the heat. In the end the space heater was provided , but the room still felt cold. There was an issue with the hot water heater , so no prolonged hot water , not more than 3 minutes. I brought up the issue with the management a few times.

The room furniture was tired . Apartment room with an induction cooker but there were no pans or pots. No plates ,bowls or chopsticks etc. So it is just a big room with a washing machine
