This was my second time staying here and will stay here again when I visit Chengdu again. The staff, location, internet, shower, bed, breakfast, extra care and gifts… just an excellent place.

Very warm and friendly staffs, especially 秋秋and 小张。very delicious breakfast and supper provided by the hotel. Many food stalls near by. Convenient to take taxi in front of the hotel lobby. Free and unlimited laundry. The aunty will help to dry clothes robot to deliver food and reception can help to collect parcels .

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with incredibly warm, enthusiastic staff who provide exceptional hospitality. The rooms, bedsheets, and bathrooms are impeccably clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly, making it ideal for a winter stay. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of variety. During checkout, the staff even gave us adorable panda doll souvenirs as Christmas Eve gifts and helped us weigh over 10 pieces of luggage. Overall, this hotel is a must-stay when visiting Chengdu! I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to 胡女士 at the reception, who took exceptional care of us and arranged numerous surprises that made our travel experience truly unforgettable.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at! The staff are incredibly friendly, and not only do they serve breakfast, but they also offer a simple supper for guests. They even provide a scorecard for redeeming free gifts. The service is excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Chengdu!

The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable, strategic location near Tai Koo Li. Love their service, the breakfast has many choices too, it’s located near wang ping jie streets where you can find many eateries, strongly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Cheng Du!

It was a lovely staying from the very beginning till the last minutes. Room is clean and spacious for the designated capacity of 4 people (our group has 3 members). Staffs are very helpful and friendly; some of them can speak English but others also tried their best to assist, so language is never a problem when you’re there. Laundry and drying is free, all the things you need are well prepared with care such as washing powder, softener, hanger… On the last day, we had to leave before the scheduled breakfast time, so we asked if we could have it earlier but surpringly they offered a take-away meal, everything inside was good and essential. In addition to that, the hotel is located on a street filled with local food stalls and fruit merchants, we tried one each and so happy with what we got. Highly recommend!

Very attentive and friendly staff, renewed new rooms, good service. The room size is not very big but ok for 2-3 nights. Lively neighborhood.

very good location near the rivere where a lot of voffees and restaurants are located. The staff was very friendly, they gave me a bag of snacks at check in, then took me to the room after. The rooms are very nice, clean, no smell of cigarettes, nice picture on the wall. Good breakfast

Very comfortable and clean hotel with many nice touches - free goodie bag of treats and nightly noodles/ snacks in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located on a charming street with lots of restaurants and 15 min walk to metro. Modern, quiet and spacious room. We stayed in Chengdu before and this hotel was much better value for money. Good breakfast buffet with fresh coffee and homemade noodles. When we checked out they gave us a cute stuffed panda and key chain. We would return on our next trip to Chengdu! Thanks to Ms Qiu for her hospitality!

The service was great, very hospitable. The food was very good, buffet in the morning starting at 7:30am. The location was very central and I was able to access the rest of the city easily. Room was clean and when I arrived, there was a nice decoration on the bed and apples for me, a very nice touch.

Very satisfied with Perfect Hotel. This is my second stay (the first time was in another district). This time I chose Taikoo Li District. The service is 100 points, the comfort is 100 points. The front desk ladies and brothers are very enthusiastic. The parent-child room is very thoughtfully designed and furnished. The children are very happy. There are also many things to eat nearby. After staying for 4 days, the children said that they must come back here next time. Recommended. Recommended.

The service is really good. The staff is also very nice. The housekeeping is very good every day. There are welcome fruits and goodnight milk every night. I ate rice noodles for breakfast for four consecutive days. It was really delicious. Living here is also very cost-effective
