The location is very closed to a big shopping mall, lots of restaurants and public transport.
Unfortunately the apartment is not fully equipped. We needed to buy all the basic stuff to clean dishes and bathroom. Also we need to buy knife, salt and pepper in order to cook. There isn’t enough space and chairs for 4 people to have food.
But if you have any problem, the landlord could answer asap and arrange appointment to repair stuff.

Very bad! ! The service staff were indifferent and did not even arrange for staff to come to the hotel on the day of check-out. They have been out of contact since this incident. They did not respond to WhatsApp, did not answer phone calls, and did not process emails. So far, the deposit has not been refunded, and we are still out of contact.

There is a lot of dust in the unit. The room is cleaned every two weeks, but this does not include vacuuming and cleaning the room and changing the bed sheets and quilts. There was a lot of dust under the bed.
The facilities and design in the unit are imperfect and impersonal. An ironing board is provided, but no iron! The wash basin in the bathroom is designed under the dressing cabinet and cannot be used for brushing teeth and washing face. The length of the microwave oven cord provided in the unit cannot correspond to the location of the corresponding wall plug. Because the plug location is designed too far, many electrical appliances cannot be used.
After living here for a month, there were two complete power outages in the unit! Contact customer service to follow up, but you have to wait for more than an hour before it can be repaired in the unit. Later, it happened that many electrical appliances (including washing machines, refrigerators, and gas stoves) could not be used, and they had to wait for the technician to come to the unit for repairs. The gas furnace cannot be repaired because it has begun to deteriorate. As a result, cooking cannot be done in the unit.
The elevator was also suspended on the unit floor. Since there was only one elevator in the building, but no advance notice was given, it was very inconvenient to be blocked from going out! In addition, toilet water was not supplied for half a day and could not be used, which hindered daily life.
Customer service is extremely slow to respond and I feel helpless trying to find help when a problem arises.
Before booking, I communicated with the female customer service on WhatsApp. Nine times out of the blue, she answered questions selectively.
