The hotel rooms are very clean and tidy, and the dental appliances used are disposable items. They are very safe to use and comfortable to sleep in. The facilities are complete, everything is available, and the equipment is also good, elegant. Customer service Ruby service is excellent.

In this stunning property you feel like you are staying in The Capital Panem! The design is unique and extremely high quality The rooms are very large, never have i had this much space in a hotel room.. I travel a lot but i have never enjoyed this much space, quality, privacy… The building is made from solid marble and you hear nothing, no elevators whizzing, no other guests, no cleaners… nothing, just total silence. The staff is super nice and super helpful. They are available at your service all the time and they are getting it right. The location may seem remote and not immediately located in the center of all the action. However, this being modern Chengdu, you are only ever a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from everything. Well worth staying at the Crowne Plaza. Amazing Hotel.

Great hotel! Highly recommend! Friendly English speaking staff who helped make our trip a memorable one. The breakfast is awesome! Wide variety of food, Western and Chinese, to choose from. The room we stayed in was big and clean with comfortable beds. Thank you to Echo, who checked us in and gave us one extra free breakfast. And thank you to Alan and his team for awesome service during breakfast! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Chengdu!

I returned to stay after my trip to xiling snow resort and was happy to see Manager Echo at the reception who once again upgraded me again. The room was as large as my previous upgrade and on the level below the top floor, making the view even better than my last stay. Breakfast was as good as can be and I brought my kids to enjoy the pool which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a good rest and be pampered with great services. Echo is the best person to speak to for advices on the choices of attractions to visit. He could even provide details on tourist locations beyond the city realm and gives you the perfect guide to time your journey as well as relevant information on far-away tourist sites. Thousand thanks to him as it made my holidays all the more merrier!

It was formerly the Ouxiang International Hotel, which opened during the mask period. It is a supporting commercial facility of the owner's Ouxiang Town❗️ 🗺️The hotel is located at No. 669, Jiannan Avenue, Tianfu New District, Chengdu. It takes about 750 meters to walk to Minle Station and Qilong Station on Metro Line 5. The surrounding transportation facilities are not convenient. 🛋️Tianfu Crowne Plaza has a total of 415 guest rooms, and the suites are divided into 85-100 square meters of one-bedroom suites/170 square meters of two-bedroom suites and 280 square meters of presidential suites. ❗️The street side of the one-bedroom suite is 100 square meters. Since it is close to the main road of Jiannan Avenue, it is noisy in the morning and evening. I stayed here for 6 nights. The room is really nice, clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. I give the service 1 star mainly because the things I left in the room were thrown away by the cleaning staff as garbage. After communicating with the hotel, the reply from the housekeeping manager was that they had looked for them but couldn't find them, and they said sorry. Because the lost items were brought from the temple, they went to the temple again to bring them again. The original plan was to delay the return trip for another day, and the cost of this day's accommodation was purchased by myself. Later, after communicating with Ctrip, the Ctrip staff went to communicate with the hotel but it was ineffective. Ctrip was very responsible and finally Ctrip gave me certain compensation. I think that as a brand under InterContinental Hotels, the training of service staff is not in place. When cleaning the room, at least they should look at the things in the bag before deciding whether they are garbage or guests' belongings. The male housekeeping manager also seemed incompetent in communicating with customers and crisis public relations, which directly led to a significant reduction in customers' impression of the hotel!

The hotel is very new, the facilities are very good, the rooms are bright, except the location is a little remote, it is much better than Shangri-La in Chengdu. There is a very authentic hot pot restaurant near the hotel, opened downstairs of a residential building, it is the most enjoyable one I have eaten in Chengdu
