是整套別墅，設施齊全，整潔乾淨。居住非常便利。小區隔壁是國家電網充電樁。停車充電不用交停車費。小區出門右轉幾百米就是福元酒樓，菜品很好，價位不高，菜量挺大。關鍵是晚上快10點了還接待。早晨起來，附近有個腫瘤醫院，旁邊有個小區，有賣早點的。挺方便。推薦一家5-7人出行的。
