The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

Terrace Resort West is located just 7min walk away from Sunabe pier, and it was a lovely and comfortable stay overall! Spacious, clean, sufficient amenities provided & even a stove and washer & dryer. The staff were very friendly too!

The TV is great, lots of space to shower and bath in the toliet, we can even clean our clothes, it was a good experience.

There were two of us staying in the room, and the room was spacious enough. It was equipped with a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, which met the requirements of traveling with children. If you drive, you need to pay extra to park in the parking lot downstairs.

I accidentally injured my foot on the way to the hotel, but unexpectedly I received great help from the staff who assisted me in checking in that day! Thank you very much for this little brother! I was really moved and wanted to cry! All communication was through email, including check-in matters, access control, and check-out, which was very smooth. Before arriving, I encountered a traffic jam and was worried about exceeding their 6:30 off-duty time. However, after communicating via email, the staff told me not to worry (I arrived at 6:00 in the end), thank you! Although it is a bit far away from the American Village (about 20 minutes’ walk, or you can take a taxi, about 700 yen for reference), this store is very close to the place where I learned to dive, and it is a very quiet place. Thanks again to the store clerk who helped me on October 6th! Thank you for making my solo trip to Okinawa a wonderful memory!

If you really need to check in, confirm the entry password and method before you go there. You can't contact the landlord by phone there, it's completely impossible!

The B&B is very close to the American Village, and there is also delicious HAMA sushi nearby. The apartment layout includes a washing machine and dryer, and the bathroom is also very spacious! Will visit again when I go to Okinawa!

The check-in time on the website is from 15 to 23 o'clock. I arrived at 21 o'clock, but I was told that after 19 o'clock, the check-in time is outside the time, and I was charged an extra 2,000 yen for the out-of-time service fee....

The room was spacious and comfortable. I was bothered by dust in places, though. I didn't use the car this time, but the bus stop was a little far away and it wasn't on a main road, so I felt a little uneasy walking late at night.

Because it is located in Aerikan Village, transportation and living at the accommodation are good. If you stop by here while traveling outside of Okinawa, it is a good value for money choice.

This B&B is nice. Although it is not very big, it has everything. The best thing is that it has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for us to wash clothes every night. And eating nearby is also very convenient. There are 3 sushi restaurants, a pharmacy store and a coffee shop. The most important thing is that it takes more than ten minutes to drive to Meitianji, which is very convenient.
