As a foreign tourist, our family stay at Longemont Animal Paradise Hotel was superb! The animal-view rooms were a dream, letting kids see creatures up close. The water park was a blast with thrilling slides & a wave pool. Safety was great. We'll cherish these memories forever!

A good hotel and place to bring children to stay. A few choices of the type of hotel to choose from. We choose the animal hotel, having animal theme rooms and also have balcony to overlook the animal world. Disadvantage is the smell from the animals, as long as you keep the balcony door closed will be fine. There is also underpass to walk to the parks during bad weather. Hotel breakfast is good but crowded. Staff 小钱 who is the 管家，is very helpful. She provide useful information and goes all out to assist us throughout the stay. She will definitely make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at Longemont Animal World Hotel with three children aged 3-8 for 6 nights. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and professional service of the hotel staff, especially Ms. Guo Yaping, who answered all our questions and provided us with warm and high-quality services. She helped us a lot and solved the practical issues that we have encountered during our stay. Ms. Jiang Xueli cleaned our room carefully every day, making us feel at home. We sincerely thank Ms. Guo Yaping and Ms. Jiang Xueli. We will recommend This hotel to all our relatives and friends.

A male stuff at the check-in counter was quite arrogant to me-foreigner, till I raised my voice. Mixed feelings after this staying. Don't think I'll choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel if you have toddlers or kids below 8-10 years of age.. lots of activities near the premises 🥳😊

All works are kind and cleaned room. However sound insulation is not fully secured, too crowded for breakfast time and limited restaurants around the hotel. To me and family members, zoo and circus were motivated so I have satisfied overall condition.

“The hotel is called ‘Zoo Hotel’ but it doesn’t offer access to the zoo. The rooms for families could be safer for kids. The food is okay, but the coffee is terrible. The location is great, though.

Second time staying in the hotel and most problably the last time. We chose it for the bunk bed for kids and the location easiness to get to the waterpark and zoo. Best experience is that they gave us room even when we reached around 10AM, last time we had to wait for long time. Good selection of breakfast, especially if you like Chinese food, our family enjoyed it. Now not so good thing, had to ask the front desk to have our bed made even after keeping the sign on for clean up the room and coming back to the room during evening time. Cleaning staff said had to call front desk to change the used cups after drinking coffee she cannot change it. Overall Ok experience.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Staff was really cooperative, specially the english speaking staff, breakfast was just ok, it was nice experience,

Let's start with the good. The zoo was nice with a large variety of animals to see. We spent about 4 hours at the zoo and saw just about every thing. We did not watch any of the animal shows. The view overlooking the zoo from our balcony was beautiful. The circus show was the highlight of our stay. The circus show was very well done and the entire family enjoyed the show from start to finish. Now the BAD! The room's floor was filthy! It was covered by a layer of dust. The bathrooms ventilation didn't work effectively. The room's wallpaper and paint looked like a child applied it. The door handle would fall off every time we opened the door. The fire safety equipment was not up to code. Just watch the videos. And the worst was the lack of dinning options in and around the hotel. What was available was not very healthy or appetizing. Oh! And children over 1 meter had to pay for the breakfast buffet! First time we have had to pay for a breakfast buffet for my son who is 113cm. Overall, it just felt like this was a cheap hotel trying to pose as a classy family resort. Everything felt cheap, as if the hotel was cutting corners and trying to save money. Not a very enjoyable or comfortable stay. We will not stay at this hotel again.
