First time stay for business Very much enjoyed Staff helpful Will stay again

The location was exactly where we needed to be, the hotel is a great hotel and the staff were very helpful, rooms are big, clean and very comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Very good service, tasty food, comfortable bed. At first I booked for 2 nights then had to add 1 more night cause was feeling like home😊

Air conditioning is not adjustable, feels a bit hot

Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.

On top of a the clean, large and amenable rooms. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had in China. The service and staff attentiveness were top notch from start to finish. Changshu Pullman is my first choice anytime I’m in the area.

I am very grateful to the front desk staff for patiently answering all my questions and providing considerate service in detail. Pullman is far from the city, but the price is amazing! Not only are the rooms spacious, the public corridors are spacious and grand, the breakfast is delicious, there were too many people swimming at night during the May Day holiday, but there were no people at 8:30 the next morning, it was very comfortable.
