Ramada Hotels in Changsha

Parking is very convenient at Ramada Yanghu Hotel. It is very close to Li Zijian and Xie Zilong. Yanghu Wetland is right next to it. It is very convenient to travel. Souvenirs such as drinks and steam eye masks were given as gifts. The breakfast was very good. Changsha's special snacks and pasta are very delicious, and the ingredients are very fresh. The route to the subway entrance is only two to three minutes away, which is very good. There are fast charging piles in the parking space, which is very convenient. I will stay here again next time

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

In the past two years, I have stayed in Marriott, IHG, Accor, Hilton, and Hyatt. I always wanted to try Wyndham. Today, I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham. Hello when I walked in! The check-in lady handed me wet wipes as a gift. This is the brand's service awareness. The glossy texture of the hexagonal tiles in the shower area shows what a hotel should look like. It is old-fashioned and modern! I love Changsha! Hahahaha

Cozy queen room is bigger than expected, very worth the price. Very clean and staff are very welcoming and friendly. 10-15mins walk away from metro. and a few bus stops around the hotel area. Many food choices around the hotel.

Come to work and live in this international hotel chain, the room is large, but the shading is not good, the shower sunlight will be revealed in the bedroom, the logic of lighting control is a bit poor (either fully open or fully closed), breakfast is a bit greasy, I hope to have more healthy food, the service staff is still very responsible.

A very bad check-in experience. First of all, I went to the hotel to check in. There was only one young man at the front desk. It was during the peak holiday period and I had to queue for a long time to finish the check-in. When I got to the room, I found that there were only plastic slippers and no disposable ones. Slippers, I called the front desk and found that the room phone could not be reached. I called the front desk on my mobile phone and no one answered for a long time. I had no choice but to let the child go downstairs and ask for slippers from the front desk. When the slippers were delivered, only one pair was given. We complained about the room There were no slippers, so I brought another pair over, and asked the waiter for an extra pair of slippers for my child. The waiter said that only two pairs of slippers are provided in a room, and it costs 5 yuan for an extra pair. Well, this is the first hotel I have stayed in for so many years. This is the first time I have found such a rule in a four-star hotel.
