On a self-driving trip through Hunan, we specifically chose the Ramada Hotel for a two-night stay. Our car remained parked in the hotel's lot overnight and wasn't moved at all during that time.
For our outings, we opted for taxis. We hailed one online, and the female driver was constantly on her phone, making calls and watching videos, throughout the entire journey. We even had to prompt her when the traffic light turned green that she could go. She also took a detour, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice. I'm unsure if it was a deliberate route deviation or if she got lost due to being distracted by her phone. This alone was already a frustrating start to our trip.
To our dismay, on check-out day, while loading our luggage, we discovered our car's front bumper had been scratched. We reported it to the front desk. They informed us they would contact property management to review the surveillance footage, but we'd need to wait until the manager started work at 9 AM, and they would then reach out via WeChat. Ultimately, their response was that our parking spot was a camera 'blind spot,' conveniently obstructed. Our car was parked right by the elevator entrance, with a camera directly above it; we certainly weren't in some obscure corner. To call it a 'blind spot' is absolutely unacceptable.
Perhaps the hotel staff figured we were out-of-town tourists with no time to press the issue (we had a planned trip to Shaoshan on check-out day), so they just offered a convenient excuse to brush us off.
They later asked us not to leave a negative review for the hotel. While I understand and sympathize with the challenges faced by the staff, does being accommodating mean we should just silently endure such a bitter experience without complaint and simply write it off as bad luck?

1⃣️The sanitation is relatively clean and tidy, the corridors are all carpeted, and the soundproofing effect is good; 2⃣️The design of the room is relatively stylish, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the slippers and other supplies are relatively comfortable, which meets the star rating standards; 3⃣️And the location is convenient, the hotel lobby is right after the subway exit, 4⃣️There are also Hanfu and occasional activities, which are very creative; 5⃣️The bathroom also considerately puts a dirty clothes basket; 6⃣️The front desk service is also considerate and in place, not as outrageous as other deliberate reviews; 7⃣️Because I didn’t choose breakfast, I won’t comment for the time being; 8⃣️Check out When we checked in, the guy at the door helped me put my luggage in the trunk and closed the door. The details were in place. However, some details need to be improved: 1⃣️The window has no screens, and mosquitoes may enter easily when it is opened, but there are no screens at this time of year; 2⃣️The water outlet of the wash basin is small, and the large water flow makes it easy for water to accumulate, so it needs to be adjusted; 3⃣️The shower outlet also has this problem. There is a lot of noise when the water is discharged, which can easily cause trouble to people downstairs; 4⃣️Although there is a place to hang clothes in the bathroom, because it is in the bathroom, the ventilation is relatively poor, and it is not easy to dry clothes, and it is easy to get wet when the clothes are dried. It is recommended to add a retractable clothesline; 5⃣️The toilet can be upgraded to a smart toilet during the next renovation, but it is not a problem

The front desk was very considerate and the recommended restaurants nearby were delicious, with authentic Hunan cuisine. Yanghu Ramada Hotel is of a higher grade, the front desk service attitude is very good, the transportation is also very convenient, there is a subway station 200 meters away, and you can see the hotel when you look up from the subway station, it is easy to find. The restaurant environment is very good, I love the noodle soup. The facilities and equipment are complete, and the laundry room is what makes me feel good after staying in so many hotels. There are also many attractions nearby, there is a Yanghu Wetland Park, which is only ten minutes' walk away, and the scenery is pretty good. In summary, it is very good and satisfactory. If I come to Changsha again next time, I will choose Ramada

I drove through Changsha, Hunan, and chose this hotel because of my love for the Ramada brand. I felt very good when I entered the lobby, and the staff were very enthusiastic when I checked in. The room was standard Ramada configuration, very good, and the experience was also very good.
Booked a family room, room was spacious for 3 adults with some nice features built in . Individually controlled aircon/heating system. Separated wc and bathing toilet. Overall one of the better hotel I have stay in China so far.
Surrounding are their residential area which also means many amenities nearby. Just a few mins walk to metro station.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, even giving us a welcome gift. Our room was well-appointed, clean, and felt very safe. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and with breakfast available from 7 AM to noon, we could really sleep in. The specialty rice noodles were a highlight, and the red bean congee was absolutely delicious! Parking was easy. The front desk staff also kindly advised us that driving to Wenheyou would be difficult due to parking and suggested taking a taxi, which was excellent advice. True to their word, the traffic on our way back was absolutely terrible.

GGuest UserThis time staying at the Gaosheng Ramada Hotel was great! The staff at the front desk No. 17 had an excellent service attitude, the check-in was quick and intimate, there were questions and answers, warm and thoughtful, and the goodwill was directly full! The room facilities are brand new and complete, and the living is very comfortable. Traveling around and eating are super convenient, close to Desiqin, one-stop solution for eating, drinking and playing, I will choose here next time!
