The location is good, and it is a ten-minute walk from Yingbin Road and Furong Square subway stations. There is a heated swimming pool. A small suggestion is not to fry so many eggs in advance for breakfast, because they are too cold when you take them, and they don't respond when you want to heat them up. And if they can be renovated, it will be more worthy of the five-star rating. Overall, I am satisfied.

The hotel has a good location and high cost performance. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is efficient. The housekeeper Xiao Guo is very enthusiastic. He personally took me to the lobby to pick up porcelain and patiently introduced Changsha snacks and tourist attractions. I will stay at Huatian again when I come to Changsha next time.

The staff member Xiao Chen is very enthusiastic and provided a rich breakfast. He also helped to upgrade the room. It is large and comfortable. It's quiet. The cleaning lady is very considerate and provides abundant fruits. The lady at the front desk is very professional and issues tickets quickly.
