High floor with nice river view. New facilities and surroundings , service is super good and attentive to our needs.The staff were polite and welcoming , would definitely recommend to stay here.

Excellent service throughout from reception to house and restaurant staff. Great views of Changsha from the large room situated in high tower. Breakfast buffet is comprehensive and well worth it. Dinner in Chinese restaurant was also excellent. Thoughtful and professional staff.

Room air conditioning was centralised system and couldn't be adjusted and felt warm in the room ,luckily hotel gave us a mobile fan for cooling. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning on our last day and we couldn't use the pool. Breakfast was good. Concierge was very helpful.

I like this hotel overall but the one thing is their gym is too hot. I told the front desk to change the temperature to a lower degree than no one is responded so I figure there’s no one working at the moment. Beside this point anything else is really good nothing to complain with recommended
