I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Changsha. From the moment I checked in, everything exceeded expectations. The room looked exactly like the photos online — clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed — which made choosing and booking it in advance a stress-free experience. One standout feature was the room's high-tech setup. Everything — from the lights to the curtains to the temperature — could be controlled with voice commands (in Mandarin). It felt like living in the future, where I didn’t even have to lift a finger to turn off the lights at night. Convenience was taken to the next level, and it truly elevated the overall comfort of my stay. The location is another big win. It’s extremely convenient — close to public transport, local eateries, and major attractions — yet just far enough from the buzz of the city centre to ensure peaceful, uninterrupted rest. You get the best of both worlds: access and serenity. But what truly made this experience memorable was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help — 24/7. Whether it was helping me navigate local amenities or assisting with laundry during my stay, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home. All in all, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changsha — business or leisure. It’s a great mix of modern convenience, thoughtful hospitality, and a location that works smarter, not harder. I’ll definitely be back.

Impeccable service by the hotel staff! They were very prompt in providing assistance and I'm very appreciative of that. I was given a welcome hi-tea and also a farewell gift during my stay. The room was very comfortable and cozy; it can also be transformed into a movie theater. The pantry is well-stocked with complimentary snacks as well. As the hotel is located on the 20th floor of a building, I wished they provided some signage for easy identification. There is also a convenience store next to the building. Overall, I would recommend this hotel 👍

I came to Changsha for a holiday and wanted to live closer to May Day Square. I found this hotel. I didn't expect the accommodation experience to be so good. It was quiet and not noisy. The room had no peculiar smell. The environment was elegant. There was afternoon tea and unlimited movie snacks. The service was also thoughtful. The surrounding transportation was also convenient. I highly recommend it.

I contacted the front desk several times on WeChat, and they responded and solved it very quickly, and the details are very good! Talking about areas for improvement, first, the router or the wifi5 band is a bit old, the connection rate is low, and the signal coverage is poor. If conditions permit, it is recommended to upgrade the router! Second, the washbasin is a wall-mounted faucet, which is installed too high and is not ergonomic. The splashing water is very serious and it is very inconvenient to wash your face! Third, although the shower head spray is relatively large, the water temperature is hot and cold, and it is difficult to pick a comfortable temperature. This is very important! Overall, five stars, I will consider staying in other room types next time
