Free pickup at airport to hotel even at 11pm plus. Very near the airport. We were impressed by the AI assistant in the room. Good breakfast. Location is near to a premium shopping outlet. The only minus is we requested for 2 non-smoking rooms in our booking but we were given 2 smoking rooms.

Good hotel to pass overnight flight …the lobby staff not even know simple English which seem unfriendly also

It is a nice hotel. I managed to get the hotel airport pickup service WeChat contact, I don't have a China phone number, but I can get pick-up service seamlessly in this way.

Clean and good location hotel, few minutes to airport by free shuttle service. Front desk Ms Niki Lei very helpful and friendly for my airline seat reservation.

Like this hotel. They have warm toilet floors and toilet seats. It's not walking distance from airport though. We took a cab from the airport and got a disgruntled driver muttering complaints - he wanted a longer distance passenger to earn more.

The room is spacious, clean, tidy and look very new. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is very near to the airport, so if you have an early flight to catch or arrive late at night, this is the hotel to stay for a night.

Excellent environment, modern decor, clean, and great location for an overnight stay near the airport. The toilet seat is heated, which is rarely seen.

Good location from airport but make sure to take cab or car to hotel else have to cross the big road with luggage without traffic lights
