I drove home during the Spring Festival and passed by for a temporary stay. I rushed to the newly opened hotel. Unexpectedly, the experience was really bad. I had been stuck in traffic all day. I entered the hotel at 22:30 in the evening with my children. Unexpectedly, I entered the room as soon as I entered the hotel. When I turned on the faucet, a big sewer smell came up. Then I moved to a non-smoking room. There were a few burnt cigarette butts on the bedside. I contacted the front desk to deal with the problem, but the eldest sister came wearing a mask and said she couldn't smell it. They also asked us if we had eaten something with a strong smell. We were really speechless. The eldest sister told me in dialect that she couldn’t smell it in front of me. After a long time, she asked me to change rooms and check the room. It turned out that I went to a high-end hotel. They directly downgraded me to the bed room, and said that the room could be restored to the room type I booked. Only the small refrigerator was not available, which made me even more speechless. They said that the hotel was full, but I didn't bother to verify it, and I didn't want to. After changing the room, I asked them to take care of the original room. However, my wife still found a toothbrush in the sink drain and asked her to take care of it. The lady in charge of the guest room actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. After contacting me for a long time, two different colleagues came. Later, I was told that there was another room of the same type that I could check out first. It was booked by a guest who didn’t show up later. After struggling for a long time, I finally settled in. We were also careful that they would sell the room in question to that guest, and they even more It's going to be a disaster... All in all, I probably won't stay here again unless I have to.

酒店環境很好，房間乾淨舒適，樓下有老西門景區和詩牆公園還能看到沅江。前台亦城、公政服務很熱情，見面都會問好，很暖心。洗衣服在14樓洗完大姐就送到房間非常方便，硬件設施非常好，淋浴水量很大空調風力足，開發票也很積極，晚上的深夜粥道很好吃。很不錯的一家店。

服務周到，床品舒適，樓層高，可以看到沅江，離詩牆和老西門都很近，離屈原公園也近，早上可以去運動一圈位置方便，周邊小吃多，還推薦了周邊百年粉店，非常好吃

前台蘇息阿殼了葵服務很好，酒店衞生整潔，床品舒服，14樓有自助洗衣房，衣服洗的很乾凈可以洗烘送房間，退房還送了暖心水，服務很好，下次來常德還住這家亞朵！

想要安靜的房間，服務員給了間面向沅江的房間。開窗還是有條馬路。標間的床墊還可以，不軟，家人説是亞朵的被子可控温，蓋着不熱，晚上開了空調26度，還是有點熱。 洗手池和衞生間之間的地板有水，總不幹，有漏水現象，衹住一天就不麻煩服務員了。 酒店有洗衣房，這項服務不錯。 酒店背後有一處舊城牆。

晚上的深夜粥道非常好吃小菜品種很多很地道，酒店很乾凈整潔入住很舒適，前台的幸籽和亦城非常有禮貌非常貼心，房間裏的淋浴水量很大空調很足，很滿意的一次入住，開發票非常快，很滿意！ 離常德火車站也不遠，15塊錢左右，很方便。下次還會住。
