I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

When I checked in, when I checked out, all of them were other staff, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were prepared, so I had a comfortable day. Namhu Park was also well seen in the room. I will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

When checking in, I asked the front desk about the quietness of the room, and they assured me that it was the quietest place in the hotel. However, unexpectedly, the room had a false balcony, which was separated from the hotel corridor by only a partition. After checking in last night, I found that any slight movement in the corridor could be transmitted to the room, which was a great disturbance to rest and lacked the necessary privacy. Today, when my husband opened the invoice, the price on my side was 295 yuan, but the front desk insisted that it was 265 yuan. I was confused by the difference.

The hotel has a good environment. Xiaolu at the front desk provided warm and thoughtful reception service. It is very close to Wuyue Plaza on Guilin Road. There are many delicious foods. I walked around for a long time at night. The transportation is also convenient. It is very close to take the subway directly out. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel. The beds are comfortable, the supplies are considerate, and the service is meticulous. It is a must-have for business trips and travels. Recommended!

Excellent location and service. This is a great place to stay for the night when you're traveling the next day. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and the train station is within walking distance (one stop direct line by metro). There's also a nice park in front of the hotel and the area is quiet and clean.
The room was spacious and we got an upgrade for free. The bedroom was a bit cold during our stay (early October) as they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Everything else was pleasant and comfortable.

I rarely comment on hotels. Today, when I checked out with my partner, I saw 3 deaf-mute people. Their phones were left in the taxi. The front desk listened to them patiently and called the driver enthusiastically. Then I listened too carefully and left my clothes in the hotel, a Stussy short-sleeved shirt. I felt that I would have thrown it away as garbage in a normal hotel. I didn’t expect the hotel front desk to call me as soon as possible. I was very touched. The room was also very warm. Highly recommended🎉

The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent

The hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square.
Some negative aspects though:
- The check-in took more than 20 minutes.
- On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration.
- The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.)
- The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

JJongaI recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired.

Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.
One aspect that stood out during my stay was the hotel's breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of dishes, catering to both local and international palates. The food was delicious, fresh, and served with a friendly smile from the staff.

1. Thank you very much to the manager Xiao Li, the service is warm and patient. When I took the elevator, the Bluetooth headset fell into the gap. Manager Xiao Li saw and contacted the maintenance staff for help. The first time I looked for it, I didn’t find it. I contacted the elevator staff in the afternoon to help find it. Very dedicated and responsible. Although it is very distressing to lose the 1800 headset, Manager Xiao Li, maintenance master and other staff have worked hard to help find it. I am very touched and comforted me, thank them. (I hope the leader can see it, like good people, good employees)
2. The hotel environment is also very good, the stay experience is very good, the room is also equipped with a humidifier very detailed, surprise.
3. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very convenient, there are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, and there is a food street in five minutes.
I will recommend my colleagues to come, and I will book here next time ～

MMariaHad yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around.
A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work!
This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!

- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. GGuest UserThis Holiday Inn is a very ggod option to stay in Changchun. Rooms and public areas are well maintained and clean. All staff is friendly and engaged to support you.
Further, the hotel is well located, just 20min by taxi from the airport.
There are various restaurants and shopping places in the vincity.
However later in the evening it‘s becoming harder to find a place to eat.

ZZishamoliI came here for the historical old building, and booked a slightly more expensive VIP building. When I arrived at the door, I saw that the welcoming building was an old building. The hotel lobby manager helped me carry the suitcase, the handsome guy at the front desk of the welcoming building (I forgot his name) assisted me in adjusting, and the girl and the housekeeping accompanied me to see the room. They were very warm and enthusiastic, and the floor and room were all for us.
The waiters here are good in all positions. In addition to being enthusiastic, they are also very patient.
There are some historical relics that need to be photographed. At night, waiter 003 even turned on the exhibition lights for me to take pictures.
The next day, I had to go back to the VIP building I booked. The little sister 023 at the front desk of the VIP building opened a room for me to see the difference and whether I was satisfied.
The housekeeping departments of the two buildings, different sisters were also warm, one told me the difference between the rooms, especially the problems I didn’t notice, and one found the most distinctive morning market nearby for me.
I wanted to eat pork elbows, and the lobby manager recommended the nearest century-old store Zhen Bu Tong, and even called to ask if there were any pork elbows and how they were made... I was so moved
It’s like home, so to speak.
When I returned to the hotel after going out, it was particularly heartwarming to see the bed made at night.

FFara.pocaThere are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve.
1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected
2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there
3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway
4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices.
We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

NNasih AliI stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you

GGuest UserI came to Changchun again! This time I chose to stay at Bauhinia. I upgraded my room type twice. This time I was upgraded to a business suite. I am very grateful for the hotel's thoughtful service!
Facilities: A very traditional old-fashioned hotel with dressing tables, ironing machines, scales, etc. Many current luxury hotels are not as comprehensive as Bauhinia.
Hygiene: Bauhinia's hygiene must be praised. There are no water stains on the glasses provided, and there are no water stains on the mirrors and faucets in the bathroom. The hygiene standards are quite high. Although it is an old hotel, the linens are very new and hygienic, and customers will feel more at ease.
Service: Bauhinia's service is really nothing to say. It feels like spending a little money to enjoy the service of a five-star hotel. Whether it is a request for delayed check-out or requesting water delivery, it can be met in time, which is great!
