Beautiful Hotel and Beach Fully equipped facilities for yore family

I arrived at hotel around 3 pm. And the receptionist told me that please wait for rooom cleaning for 30 min. What happened? Normally service that I have experienced before is early checkin but for this hotel do for customer wait around 45 min. Without any emotional that I can perceive that hotel try to fix the problem. So disappointed 😔 for the money that I pay for sea view room. And the cleanliness and smell feel like don’t pay attention to much.

Value for money. + the kids facilities!!! Slides, swings, kids room etc. +the breakfast. Was very good. + they think about the customer. They have a small shop so you can buy some basic things. And a noodle station, so you can make by yourself a noodle and not waiting for a restaurant (most of them not very close) - the location - a little far from everywhere. Even if you have a car. - dated hotel. The rooms need an update and renovation. We got a room with a dirty floor, they changed it immediately, and the other one didn’t have the stains but wasn’t very clean.

It's a stunning place right on the beach. Big, clean room (mine was leading straight onto the gorgeous semi private pool). Staff are awesome and so friendly. Food and sinks in the restaurant and bars are absolutely wonderful.

The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was too loud noise from the kids. The hotel was provide for the kids and family stay. The wall was thin, so we can hear the kids noise all night The location was great as it was a stopover for 1 night and it seems to be nice for it.

Me and mum and brother had a great stay, two rooms one night. Hotel location is nice, quiet, accessible to beach front. I called one day before arrival date to request a wheelchair for my 81 year-old mum and asked if we can get connecting rooms and near lift. When we checked in, reception told that room type we booked, there were full due to many guests on that day, so we got upgraded from superior to deluxe room. We were impressed with hotel staff, very helpful and service minded,  our room is close to breakfast place where we were very full with variety of foods stations: Thai, international, noodles, eggs, salad, coffee-tea, drinks, bread, fruits, yogurt, soy milk, ginger drink, so many to taste. I used swimming pool 🏊♂️ , the pool is not big for adults, but i think kids love them. I only have two notes, 1) the unpleasant odor from water drainage in the toilet/ shower, 2) found a mosquito in the room.  If these could be fixed all will be perfect.

Private beach and hotel. Swimming pool is long and quite deep. Breakfast is good and varieties. It’s my recommendation.
