Overall , clean rooms, good service. Location near to many food cafe/ resto. And a 5-7min walk to sarinah mall. Value for money.

Misleading photos - was given a room with no window and then moved upon request to a room with a 'view' (tiny window so room still very dark). Positives - staff very helpful and welcoming, room was clean, location convenient. Negatives - other than the above - would be good to have a hairdryer in the room instead of available on request (as you only realise there's no hairdryer when you get out the shower with wet hair!)

We had bad experience with the room amenities. The air conditioner didnt function well. Super duper hot even at night. Very little counter space to put our stuffs. Everything was basically on the floor. Really hate the shower curtain. The lighting in the room was too dark. The room and toilet were not very clean. Found hair here and there. Bathroom has mold and at the shower curtain too. Breakfast buffet was just ok. But the cafe is nice and comfy. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is great because its near to Gambir Station.

Nice new hotel. Good breakfast with variety. Excellent services. Will come again.

the food in cafe is very satisfied

The room was nice bit it felt like a prison with a very small window. We didn’t get the welcome drink and the frontdesk lady gave us a room with a useless view. Probably the worst room within the category. Be careful when selecting your room, the pictures are misleading. The worst thing at all : We made a reservation at this hotel because we wanted to take sunset pictures from the roof. But nope „bar opens at 6.30pm“ so no sun, ni pictures. We wouldn’t stay here again, although the overall quality of rooms is good.

We enjoyed our stay at Erian. The staff were great and efficient, rooms and facilities were clean, new, and well maintained, and location was convenient. Taxis were easy to come by. The breakfast was OK -- nothing fancy but decent variety. Erian is a solid choice and good value; I would definitely stay again.

Good value for money, good service attitude, good mattress, poor sound insulation but tolerable, need to ask for hair dryer, passable breakfast

All aspects are good, service attitude is good, breakfast is rich, it is a relatively new hotel, the decoration style is modern, cost-effective, sightseeing and shopping are relatively convenient, and it is a good choice for tourism.

it's really comfortable to stay here, the security is very friendly, and the cityview room type has a nice view🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
