Grand orchardz facilities and service are superb, free shuttle to PRJ and they have warm pool, so relaxing! The breakfast sooooo good👍

This is my second time staying at Grand Orchardz Hotel and i like it so much. Satisfied from check in to check out, everything is great and also fast and smooth. Always looking forward for the breakfast. Last time i came, got the Kue Pukis, this time is Kue Cubit and the next day is pancake. I would come again soon :)

The hotel is affordable and clean. The front desk staff are friendly and the food is extremely yummy. I enjoyed my staying at this hotel

Room the cleaning good view

Della the reception desk was wonderful. Such a pleasant person for customer relations. She went an extra mile to assist me. The reception is on the first floor, not the ground level where you enter. The hotel is comfortable, offers sufficient breakfast. However, I recommend to purchase coffee separately for 25k. It is much better than the one included. The hotel has sauna, steambath, warm pool and a small gym on 3rd floor. The bed is comfortable, the towels are clean and new.

I was like falling in love with the beautiful Chinese Indonesian lobby stuff at the first sigh,she told me my English speaking is better than other Chinese,and lent me a local charger.Then I came to some malls and shooting club,when I came back,she was off work.If you see this lady, if you're willing to make friends with me,contact me please!

The service was good, the breakfast surprisingly good as well, but in some room the smell of the batroom is not very good

Receptionist is very helpful. The room is very clean and all amenities are well changes. breakfast buffet has various of selections. highly recommended

The room is comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, the food is so good, the sauna and the hot water pool also nice and chill to relax, just a bit hard to find proper restaurant in walking distance, but it’s close to the J-expo.

The hotel offers a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable environment. The room was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. A truly pleasant experience — would definitely recommend!

Since l was there for business with full activity from breakfast till midnight, l was unable to use the hotel facilities. The service of the hotel staffs was good n helpful, the hotel general area clean and the breakfast is also good. Its location near the JIEXPO Kamayoran is a plus point as it only take less then 5 mins (by car). Will bring my family and stay in this hotel again later as it is also near to Mangga Dua ( the shopping destination). Recommended....

I had a great stay. The location is perfectly situated near the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travel. It was so easy to get to and from the airport. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch, and we felt right at home.
