First impressive was great..! Checked in checked out was smooth, all staffs were helpfull and responsif, great!! The breakfast menus variatif, room spacious with nice interior design n they r provide "guling" which is awesome..the parking area also big,, the pools was small but thats ok.

Downside - Hotel feels slightly dated, carpets look like they need proper cleaning. However it is located in a convenient location in Central Jakarta. Service is also great - staff members are all very warm and friendly. Breakfast is tasty with wide spread. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights there

All staff are very friendly and dedicated to customers. When I claimed my room was very cold, they instantly addressed the issue. They even spare another room for me.

The hotel is always comfortable and staffs are very friendly. Security gentry and guard dogs makes me feel safe. Definitely value for money

The service by all the staffs were good especially the waiters/waitresses at restaurant. the choices of food were generous and have both local, asian and western cuisine. There are many facilities but due to my short stay, I did not really managed to enjoy the facilities.

Hotel was conveniently located. Easy to travel from here and there are many eateries nearby. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

The best hotel ever!!! The food at hotel very good and has many choices. All the staffs are very friendly. Pak Darrin/Derrin so nice to us since 1stime we meet him. Live music and the singer voice very good!! He sang our fav song from Afghan. Will recommend this hotel to our family and friends and insyaAllah will come again.

We so impressed with their service and provide us with wheelchair coz one of our friend got gout .. most of staff very friendly and helpful..
