Good place and friendly people

In the photos everything looks relatively good. But in reality everything in this ‘hotel’ is very neglected. Dirty, moldy. Everything is old. People smoke in the corridor and the smell spreads throughout all the floors. No soundproofing. The location is unclear. The only good thing is the pleasant staff at the reception. Even considering the price, everything is very bad.

The hotel is quite large and spacious, the staff is helpful, the room is quite clean, a good option to spend a couple of nights.

The location is very strategic, with TV facilities although you can only use YouTube. Netflix, Disney etc. you have to have an account to access it. Got room 110 at the back, lots of mosquitoes. But so far so good.

Strategic but in front of the hotel there are not many food choices, you have to go to the state printing house if you want many choices. The environment tends to be quiet so it's good for resting. There is enough parking space. The room size is standard but the bathroom is spacious. The wifi is so so. The digital TV is super slow. Check in and check out are fast & without deposit, only the ID card is held. The floor still feels sticky, the mopping is not very clean. The room is quite complete, there is a mat, liquid soap, table, chairs, etc. The blanket is also thick even though it really feels like it was used by the previous guest. The shower is strong, the hot water is also smooth.

The location of the hotel is close to everywhere, with a cheap price comparable to the available facilities, hot water, cold AC, pool and its facilities, clean hotel, only sandals are not available, hotel staff are quite friendly and respond quickly to guest complaints.
