Staffs are amazing. Baggage storage was very helpful for us. It's very clean. Restaurant area is very relaxing and beautiful view to lotus tower. Internet can be patchy sometimes we had same problem everywhere in sri lanka

I really like this place for thr price. Thr bathroom could be a bit cleaner but the terrace view was amazing

The Den 23 is a perfect place to stay. The owner is very helpful and goes into detail when explaining and recommending places to visit. He also provides you with a leftlet that has some basic sinhala words. The roof top bar has an amazing view of the city. The staff is helpful and I'll recommend this place if you want to go around Colombo with little effort.

clean room with lots of light; great rooftop terrace

Hotel located in 10 minutes from the park and some Colombo tourist interest places. Owner gives some travel tips. It was ideal that he gave me late checkout option instead of just to store luggage till the evening. The room itself is good to stay for 1-2 days. There is terrace on the top.

It was definitely clean and the service was good, and the staff were all friendly, so it was very good. I think I will use it again next time I come to Colombo.

We got a small room with 1 bed! The room is old, but very clean! The staff is responsive and friendly, ready to help if you contact them👍🏻

This was our first night’s stay in Sri Lanka. We were given a warm welcome by all the staff and served a cool and refreshing fruit ju ice. The room was immaculate and the bed comfortable. There was also a lift which took you up to the 6 Th floor where food was served in the open air under a roof.

This is a great value hotel. The rooms are moderately sized but big enough and everything is modern and very clean. The owners gave us a lovely welcome and were very helpful about many things, including advice on things to see in Colombo. The rooftop terrace is wonderful and this is where they serve a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Many options were available and service was warm and friendly. The views from the terrace are great and there is also a games area up there, which is very thoughtful! My daughter's boyfriend enjoyed a few games of darts! Overall, I would very much recommend this hotel for a very friendly and comfortable stay, at a great price.

Rooms are clean, but the most of what they say in their Property info are untrue. Iwas old 3.9 KM to Sugathdasa Stadium, but came out more than 10 KM....., They call Club sanwich with chiken, could not find any chiken their. Had to to Paid Rs 1600

We stayed at The Den 23 for one night. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The views from the rooftop cafe/restaurant and terrace were amazing, you can see the whole of Colombo! When we arrived we were greeted by Felix who was an AMAZING host. He gave us a full tour of the property and advising us about attractions in Colombo and style rest of Sri Lanka. No request was too much for Felix, he was truly amazing. After we had checked out of our room, one of us started feeling ill and Felix without hesitation gave us a room to use to recover for the whole day! The location is great and we felt very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend to other travellers and we will be staying with Felix again in the future!

We felt so welcomed by the manager and staff and got to stay in a very comfortable, clean and good looking room. We got introduced to an amazing Sri Lankan breakfast and were provided suggestions on places to visit in the area and in Sri Lanka. Very much recommended, thank you Felix!
