The room is quite good, it included the kitchen in the room which is beneficial for the tourist. However, the room is smaller than my expectation. Overall, it’s good.

Great Location with a nice comfortable bed and bedding. They provided free pastries and fruits which is a thoughtful touch. However the staff weren’t very clear with what the paid breakfast was included. You need to pay 22 CHF for a boiled egg (not freshly boiled), a small yogurt and a bad cheese stick. Definitely not worth to have the breakfast there.

Close to the city, big room, fair enough.

The counter stuffs are very friendly and helpful:)) The location is still okie, take 5 stops to Bern train station. Just need to be notify, hotel prefer self-check in system, so it’s better to fill up the check-in form online via email before arrived, otherwise will drag long time to do it. ( I saw many people stuck with the check-in machine)

A little far from the center and beside a dilapidated apartment complex and no amenities outside

Rooms are small. Ventilation is limited. Located right next to supermarket Aldi. Rooms do not have AC.

The location is the only weak point of the Hotel. It is a hotel with spacious rooms, good service and elegant enough.

Will need to take a bus out to the metro. Amenities in the room is great and very clean space. Staff are friendly too
