The room looked nothing like the photos. Drab white sheets (were the nice red/white ones in the photos There is only 1 double socket in the room (apart from the 1 behind the TV), and everyone would use it, so my charger kept falling out. I would think it is as loose as a 50-year street walker. They give me a power board to hang out from the TV socket. The room is so small that there was only a 25 cm gap at the end of the bed.

Improve the services of the incharge of the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel. The location was excellent, but there was a lack of service in some areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and nice, and communication was not difficult. Overall, it was a good impression for the day.

Room,bed,bed sheets,cabinet,aircon,wifi is ok....toilet is clean but no free shampoo and soap and tissue...tv was too high and dangerous because the signal modem is only placed on top of the tv...table is too small only one chair and no slippers.

The room has a little cockroach and the aircon is too noisy. Other than all good.

The location is good. Malapit sa lahat and very accessible. Good value for money. Recommended for family, and business purposes if shorr stay only.

Simple and elegant.

It's not look in real like in the pictures of booking becos is older but it's very good located near to Osmeña road. The bed and the shower are so comfortables.

When I arrived no one available to assist. I abe to wait for around 20 mins. Place is old. Not advisable of you are staying alone.

I stayed at this hotel and did not notice anything bad. The room which was booked in this room was placed without any changes. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and everything else too. The only negative was that there was no safe.

The room had a bad smell when we got there, decent enough but the instant smell put us off

Nice place to stay, worth the price

I liked the hotel, it is located near the southern bus station, you can walk to the fort on foot. The room is large and comfortable, hot water, air conditioning.
