The room is very spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and approachable. The aircon is not that cold, but the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft too. The breakfast food is delicious too. The room service is fast.

Please always double check and fix your pipe/sewer in basement parking area to avoid inconvenience. Today my car’s hood was park from the basement and it was stained from the leaking with rust of sewer/pipe. It can damage the paint and may cost to fix it.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, overall the experience was good, the room was spacious and I asked for a balcony - I got a small balcony but with a rusty railing with fragments, without a table or chair. The room itself has a smart TV which is good. The shower and toilet looked a bit outdated. I must mention that the service of the hotel employees was very good! From the maid to the receptionist.

The hotel is located near the city center. It is just a walk by near the mall and gas stations. The room is spacious. You can bring a tent inside where you’re kids can play. The aircon is cool, they have a large mirror. Have a small refrigerator, a water heater for coffee, and a blow dryer. A hot and cold shower is working and the toilet has a bidet. Breakfast food in the hotel is just fine but you can buy online for a food delivery. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

T'was still great the second time around but with a little downside because of the broken showerhead. The water was leaking in the bathroom. Overall, we had an awesome stay and will keep coming back because of the location and the accommodating staff. Thank you Eastland! You're great! 👌👌👍👍👍👍👍

The facilities are excellent!

I thought the breakfast was buffet but unfortunately you don't have any choice. They will ask you which menu do you want to serve in the table. And also the internet is bad. Not a quiet place. There should have someone will assist you to enter the wifi password😭 and one of the staff will tell you that something will pop-up when you click the wifi, unfortunately nothing pop-up. So they just have to ask for housekeeper to help me enter the password, but they used different password and what they gave it to me is useless. So for me not so worth it. The washroom is kind of dark. The place is not ok for me. This is only my opinion.

This was one of the worse service hotels I have been to. I asked many times for them to clean the room or that the room was out of toilet paper. It took them hours to eventually clean. The shower was broken and the WiFi was terrible. The food was alright however the bar ran out of ingredients for their cocktails.

The massive room was clean and minimalistic. There was a kettle and coffee. Laundry service was 69p per kg, however someone clothes had yellow stains which we only noticed at the airport. Grab cost around 400 to get to tge hotel. Cute bakery with delicious rum cake and coffee shop to the left and right of the hotel. Guard at the front do was so friendly and welcoming. Close to the city. Not the area you would want to stay if you plan to do water activities better to stay on Matcan island if you have limited time. Shark swimming is a 3hr car drive away, we decided not to do it because we didn't want to sit for 6 hours in a car on our 2day trip. Definitely doable if you have more time in Cebu. we did a city tour for 3500 for 5hrs, 3people. Entry fees and parking not included. He took us to Tops 100p, Leah Temple150p, Little Amsterdam100p we skipped the Chinese temple because we live in China. We went to the Church and Cross from the mall the day we arrived as it was not far from the mall. Everything else was great! On the down side, the bathroom drainage did work well therefore i couldn't use the shower with the full water pressure because the bathroom would have flooded. Fix the drain and put a shower curtain. Bed is extremely hard, like Chinese beds.

Our room was at the 7th floor of the building. No complaints since elevator was working perfectly. Also, parked our car with no fuss plus security at the parking area was tight. Now, with the room itself, overall it was a relaxing and quiet space, which was exactly what we were seeking. Outlets are conveniently scattered in places which is nice and the fast internet didn't spoil movie hour and sountrip. We were also able to secure said room with a terrace which was a highlight, as all rooms with a view are. No complaints as to amenities which includes toiletries, hair dryer, a safety box, coffee, tea, water, and a small refrigerator. The only undesirable part of the room was this weird smell from the bathroom, probably a plumbing issue or something else, as well as brownish spots within the toilet, especially on the toilet seat which is personally a big deal for me who judges any kind of room or building based on how spotless and fragrant a bathroom is. I don't think they didn't clean it though, no, probably something that can't be removed for whatever reason. Also, maybe the hotel could invest on a more presentable bathroom rug as the one they used in our room is an old (I'm hoping) bathroom towel, folded to make it look like a rug. At home, it would be fine I guess but at a city hotel, not really. And oh, one last thing to point out was the relentless splurge of hot water by the shower which I don't think it was a skill issue as I've tried every turn and tumble on that thing but still I came out of the shower feeling like Snoop, baked and smokey. Overall, 8.5/10. Thank you Eastland Hotel for the pleasant stay, will surely come back and hoping the aforesaid issues are heard and considered.
