Stayed for four nights, 13-18 March, 2022. Very cold that period, like 2-3 degrees by night with no heating in the rooms. Ventilation exhaust of bathroom was in the room (?!). Breakfast, just coffee and some sweet bakery, very poor. Administrator of the place, Fernando, not really an administrator, just a keeper that didn't know which was his job. Rooms not so clean. Some table, that we found out, after an incident, very expensive, like 800-1200 euro value, left on terrace with no warning of safety that can be broken or cannot be used by visitors. One of my friends was hurt at the feet. For sure next time, when I'll be in Catania, I'll avoid this location. Not even a star ranking.

I was a guest in this wonderful hotel, I found the rooms very nice, with great classic style, the friendly and polite staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, new choices every morning. I was hosted with a lot of affection. I felt at home.I'll be back with my family, Sicilian-style welcome, in fact I tasted homemade jams from typical local companies and fine wines at honest prices every evening

The hotel is a derelict. The receptionist couldn't speak neither English nor Italian. We also tried French and German, but he didn't understand. I showed him the problems and he just assumed a dismissive attitude saying, "that's normal". When I told him that I would take pictures and upload them to tripadvisor, he started screaming and for a moment we thought that he would attack us. Needless to say that we left. It was my first time that I felt fear staying in a hotel. That's why I wanted to write this review.

Posizione incantevole , camera pulita, personale preparato competente molto professionale. Una nota di merito per il responsabile della sala colazione professionale premuroso attento a soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti.

Amazing, posizione ben collegata, con la metro proprio accanto, tutti i luoghi di interesse sono facili da raggiungere, stazione treni, bus, centro città. Personale del posto, molto disponibili e gentili. Colazione eccezionale, varia, colorata. Frutta, yogurt, uova, succhi, marmellate Doc Siciliane, prodotti da forno, toast, cornetti, caffè , cappuccino. Enoteca disponibile nel living room, con molte cantine di eccellenza a prezzi ragionevoli. La struttura una bella dimora familiare liberty

Villa in stile liberty Siciliano, posizionata comodamente. Camera ampia con arredo in stile. Bagno molto ampio . Ottima la colazione con frutta fresca di stagione ed , anche, molto salato . Rapporto qualità prezzo: eccellente. Molto carino il giardino della struttura.

B&B a due passi dal centro di Catania. La struttura non ha parcheggi ma nelle vicinanze c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare sia per strada che in parcheggi custoditi. Struttura datata ma ristrutturata. Bagno essenziale, tazza WC con coprisedile rotto, scarico insufficiente... Colazione: qualche dolcetto, assente latte, yogurt, marmellata pane comune. Presenti delle marmellate da formaggi, senza formaggi, pane con i semini senza affettati, cereali senza...forse vanno presi con l'acqua messa in un vaso di vetro con rubinetto. Caffè espresso presente. Pulizia degli ambienti buona, gentilezza buona. A pari prezzo nelle prossimita' si trova di meglio.
