Response from Property: You have made a reservation through the booking platform which has precise booking contractual conditions to be respected. We have a very large window to check-in 12: 00-24.00 (12 hours) if you arrive after the scheduled time we are simply obliged to communicate your NO-SHOW to the platform where you made the reservation . We have not canceled anything, it is the platform itself that carries out the cancellation .... I remind you that you paid to *********** not to us. We have withheld nothing. If you do not know the procedures of the platforms you rely on, you had better read up before you come to hasty conclusions and make these bad figures because you then pass for ignorant as well. Ignorance is unfortunately a bad thing and when you don't want to admit that you are, you end up making a fool of yourself. We also don't allow delays of even 1 minute as our check-in window is open for 12 hours, not 3 or 4 hours.
