Boutique Hotel Gauthier Restaurant Terrasse Reviews

First, the hotel doesn’t have the essential equipment like an iron, a kettle, or even a towel hanger. Every time I want to ask for hot water, I call the restaurant to bring me a cup of hot water! For the iron, I requested it for three times but no response. The safe closet is broken. The balcony doesn’t have a chair of coffee table. However, the staff is friendly and the the location is fine.

I use to stay a this hotel twice a year for 5 years, it was always ok not great, but ok ! The patio atmosphere and the area was making it up for the service and the room. However this time it was a nightmare, they rebook my room and i found myself without an hotel after a 9h night flight. The were making excuses and were absolutely not helpful not to say agressive. I really not recommend to stay!

We found rooms to be Clean and comfortable. The Shower was great! Location was in walkable area for restaurants. We had enough space and felt safe. Breakfast cafe was pretty good food yet fairly basic. Strong coffee and kind easy going waiter were my pluses.

The hotel is clean, rooms are descent except for small cupboard space. No coffee maker and no fridge ( mini bar). Good service and staff are professional. The problem was that we were charged 320DH for a modest breakfast. That’s nearly 50% the cost we paid for the double room. When I complained they explained that because I didn’t pay the supplement of 60dh when I booked the room, we now had to pay an exorbitant cost of 320dh, 260dh more.

Mourad made our stay so good he looked after us and made sure taxis and everyone were kind to us. He is a true hospitality king and we felt very safe with him. Thanks to the team for making us comfortable - thank you Casablanca. Make sure you head to the beach!

Very cute hotel. Our room was modernly decorated, clean, and spacious with a nice size bathroom. The Breakfast buffet was really good with several delicious items such as cold meats, cheeses, fruit, and the most incredible array of loaves of bread. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of several landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend it.

Horrible, vieux, odeur de tabac froid, ascenseur très petit, un personnel parfois malpoli. Les chambres sont vieillottes et manque de rafraîchissement. Pour le prix c’est trop cher et il y a mieux sur Marrakech donc voir ailleurs. À éviter

Chambre épurée mais propre. Situation géographique excellente. Nous étions proches des boutiques mais aussi de la plage et des émoluments à visiter. Restaurant agréable au rez de chaussée avec animation musicale. Staff très attentionné. Service professionnel. Des gérants efficaces. À découvrir absolument.

Superbe hôtel dans un Quartier calme mais bien placé. Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel. La chambre est propre. Le room service rapide et efficace. J'ai mis du linge à laver et à repasser qui est revenu le jour même. J'ai rencontré les managers qui ont été tres agreables .Je reviendrai.

C'était un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel ! Le service était excellent, les chambres étaient propres et confortables. Le personnel était sympathique et collaboratif, rendant mon expérience de séjour agréable du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne recherchant une expérience d'hébergement exceptionnelle.
