Great location and excellent service as always.

We usually stay here when in Cartagena. The staff is amazing. Great location. But the price is definitely very high compared to what you get for the room. Definitely needs some updates. Good food at the pool bar and again great customer service!!!!!

Pool area was great, beds were comfortable. The real problem was the breakfast. Very little choice and milk, yoghurt etc left out for hours with no refrigerator. There were also a lot of fruit flies on the uncovered food. I got sick after eating the yoghurt

Everything was great except for one small incident in the restaurant when a guest ate topless. But the hotel is fantastic, and I highly recommend it. Breakfast is very good. The location is good, and the staff is very friendly.

Located on the peninsula, the environment is relatively safe. The beach is a 100-meter walk away. There are many restaurants and cafes, so eating is definitely convenient. You can take a taxi or an online car-hailing service to get around.

A very good hotel. Well, I asked the front desk to help print the information, and they were very cooperative and patient. Thank you very much to the little brother opposite. It is very convenient to eat at McDonald's.

Very good hotel close to the beach and the old town. Helpful and extremely polite service at the reception. Delicious breakfasts with lots of fruit and unlimited options. We haven't had such breakfasts in all of Colombia for 2 weeks. The rooftop swimming pool is also open late in the evening. A small minus for the lack of drinking water in the room, but I don't think there is such a tradition in Colombia. I highly recommend this hotel as well as the Holida Inn chain. We use this network many times all over the world and have never had any problems.
