Good location and good staff

Very nice breakfast and pool.

The hotel has excellent facilities, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We really liked the location near the airport. They have an office where they offer tours and different activities in Cartagena.

The scenery is very nice. You can see the sea from the balcony. Hygiene needs to be improved. Furniture is old. What I have to complain about is that such a big hotel does not have a hair dryer (maybe because the quantity is limited, the hotel staff said to look for it, but in the end they did not give it to me)
