I prepaid trough you web but when I arrived to the hotel the money of u guys to them NO was. I had to pay again at the counter of the hotel. Need to refund my money asap. The worst situation is that I have other prepaid booking this June 1st for 2 nights. It’s going to happening again. No money available will be at the hotel ???? Need answers right now. We trusted in you.

This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.

It is best not to come to Cartagena during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Ordinary star-rated hotels charge more than 2,000 yuan for room, and you have to pay several hundred yuan in city tax when you arrive! This hotel is average, the breakfast is terrible, and it is not worth the 2,000 yuan room rate! The room is also average. There is a swimming pool next to the restaurant on the first floor, and there is a small place to play on the rooftop

The cleaning was done very attentively every day, and no tips were asked. The doorman and customer service were very good. Next are the shortcomings. First of all, the rooms in old hotels are average. There are no toothbrushes. The towels are the kind that have been washed many times in old hotels, and they are a little yellow. The shower head leaks, so you can wash your face while taking a shower. The safe is broken, and the one in my room is broken. My colleague put his things in it and couldn't take them out, so he had to find someone to repair it.
