Me and my partner stayed at this hotel, but the experience was really disappointing. The place didn’t look like a hotel at all — more like an apartment complex next to a retirement home. The advertisement promised a mountain view, but our room faced the retirement home instead. The photos were clearly photoshopped. The listing also showed a nice resort area with cafés, but when we asked the staff, she told us it is not available and it under work . At around 12:30am, we were woken up by really loud banging and heavy footsteps for almost an hour that was the one thing about this hotel that made me really disappointed .It scared us and made it hard to sleep. The next morning, breakfast was very limited, and we even saw cockroaches near the food, which put us off completely. Overall, the false advertising and the poor experience left us very upset and disappointed

The hotel is ideally located very close to the scenic area, boasting a beautiful environment and fresh air. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offered a generous amount of complimentary amenities, including station pick-up/drop-off, fresh fruit, and afternoon tea. The overall service was truly outstanding.

We booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

It rained at Mount Emei, and it was a shame we had to give up on our hike. However, the room I booked was good. Recommended.

The location of the accommodation is quite good, just about 2 kilometers from the scenic area, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from Emei Mountain Station. Checking in, it felt more like a one-bedroom apartment-style guesthouse. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities appeared very clean. The breakfast on the second day was also quite extensive, and I especially loved the braised beef noodles. The price was fairly reasonable too. We were quite lucky; we even got to see the sunrise on our second day.

The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!

The entire complex is quite extensive, with many buildings located within the resort grounds. The room itself was perfectly fine. The hot springs are a real highlight and very suitable for families with children. Swimsuits sold at the hotel were quite expensive, but the staff were excellent and recommended buying them from a nearby supermarket, which was indeed much cheaper. We had a fantastic time, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. The pools offer varying depths, making them perfect for kids to enjoy.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the rooms are really spacious, which is perfect for families. Emei Mountain is not far and very quick to get to. Plus, their high-speed rail station shuttle service is excellent. Definitely worth booking!

Our entire stay was excellent. The hotel is located within a retirement community, with a shuttle service connecting the hotel and its lobby. Our butler was exceptionally helpful. The first floor boasts an indoor playground and Lego blocks, making it incredibly kid-friendly. Strongly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Emei with both parents and children.
