After being diverted to this hotel after a booking mix up we arrived early evening. As we checked in we were told there was a compulsory hotel tax for a nature reserve, pool facilities & entertainment (4 nights, €95 euros per room) the rooms were adequate (shower door worn & tiles cracked) I booked the buffet dinner to save venturing out, it was average but the downside was the fly's on the food-a turn off! Ventured out the next day to try & find places to eat, very little around, it's pretty barren & an awful lot of domestic rubbish along the beach edge. This is a resort for Italian family's (we were the only English) the staff were fine but the 'entertainment' was way to loud as was the evening music. We will not be returning.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was peaceful. What made my experience truly special was Simona. From the moment I arrived, Simona greeted me warmly and was always kind, helpful, and professional. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome. Simona’s positive energy and dedication really stood out. Thanks to her, I’ll definitely come back. Simona is a true gem and a big reason I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service.

Absolutely diabolical I have no idea how this hotel got 4 stars, it completely shattered my trust in the star system. Bare bones room , not even a kettle. My room had a blocked sink, door didn’t open properly - had to call for help to get in . Food was absolutely disgusting - I did not know it is possible to have bad food in Italy but this hotel made it possible - tasteless leaves, basic pasta with Parmesan that comes out of packets, salads made of random ingredients that look like yesterdays leftovers, dry fish …. In the restaurant they assign you a specific table and you are not allowed to move - have not seen anything like this in my life. Plus had no idea about this system as nobody bothers to explain this so I ended up walking for ages trying to find a table that didn’t say ‘reserved’ on it. Staff does not explain anything at check -in and genuinely seems disinterested. I had a large suitcase and had to carry it up the stairs myself with no offer of help - they just pointed in the direction of the room. Beach is pretty and private but the entry to water is full of rocks and rather dangerous. But the cherry on top is that there is constantly some sort of entertainment going on by the pool with blaring music. No escape from it in the rooms as it’s too loud . It goes on till midnight. Wow…. Disappointed doesn’t describe it

Great hotel : very clean , friendly staff . Nice meals from the local produce prepared with Italian 🇮🇹 heart Room cleaned every day . Aqua fit twice a day , kids clubs evening entertainment Pool very clean all 10/10 Privite beach with umbrellas for free Not much outside the hotel but suits our family very well 👌

The worst hotel I have stepped foot into. TUI were a disgrace and still to this day have not refunded or compensated for our trip. Continuously passed the issue from pillar to post and basically mis-sold and represented this hotel both verbally and in their literature. The Hotel Managers were understanding and most helpful but IF booking through TUI (and I suggest from experience you DO NOT!) then the hotel is nothing like the brochure. Basically very basic (no facilities) rustic and VERY casual and more like a camping establishment. We had damp, mold, air conditioning did not work, unkempt gardens, restaurant closed very early and no room service available......I could go on! Place in need of refurbishment etc. Moved internally to a another hotel in the chain (no help from TUI and had to pay the uplift even though online and recorded calls the representative said NO COST) Torre Cintola was also 4* but 5* in comparison in terms of ALL aspects.

2 stars is my rating and this hotel is also worth nothing more. We are passing through and this seemed like a suitable place to spend the night (luckily it was only for one night). Dramatic beds, no WiFi in the room. Swimming cap in the pool and the so-called super breakfast was a huge disappointment. Perhaps a good hotel for people who are used to less luxury, but for 4 stars you expect considerably more. Moreover Staff was not kind and service was poor

I do not recommend. We stayed in one of the rooms away from the main building. The room was musty smelling. We could not turn the air conditioner below 26 degrees Celsius. There was no WI-FI in our room and we had to go back to the main building to access the Internet. There were no toiletries other than soap. Bedding was worn out. The room felt unsafe because we had to open the window since the room was so warm and our room was on the ground level. The pool looked nice but didn’t open as scheduled. Food was ok but didn’t look like the pictures.

We had an amazing company trip in the resort thanks to Rosanna, Angelo and all their amazing team and entertainment crew. Everyone has been very nice and accommodating, they organised dozens of transfers for all of us and ensured we always had everything we needed. I'd recommend everyone to bring their teams (or of course families and friends) here, have a relaxing time at the pool and private beach, and great fun thanks to the entertainment team and themed nights. Grazie mille!

Very well structured resort, even though the beach season has not yet started, the structure is very well looked after, clean and organised. Very nice and large swimming pool A technical problem in the room promptly resolved by the staff A particular praise to the dining room manager (Carmela????) for her availability and kindness shown

With the LGS group, 12 friends who leave for a week's walk every year, we arrive at the Greenblu hotel, green for its attention to the environment in all aspects from the total elimination of plastic, to the purified water, blue in color of the splendid sea. A special thank you to the director Rosanna, the perfect hostess. Highly recommended *****

We were hosted in this hotel during a school trip with 90 middle school children. The quality of the service and the courtesy of the staff were exceptional. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the food served was of high quality and varied, meeting the needs of all our students. Furthermore, the hotel demonstrated great flexibility in adapting to our specific needs, ensuring that everything ran smoothly, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and very attentive to individual needs, well-kept and relaxing outdoor spaces.

Very compact structure, around 100 rooms available, clean and full of greenery. Good quality restaurant, limited choices but with fresh products and family cuisine. Always courteous staff, a special mention for Domenico, restaurant assistant. Unfortunately for the mid-August dinner there was some disorganization but then a solution was made. Very spacious rooms but cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Well organized entertainment with talented people. It is advisable to book an excursion and umbrella at the nature reserve. There are certainly points to improve but overall a relaxing, fun and engaging holiday with family (with children aged 5 and 10) and friends.
