This hotel must not have any stars. Food was bad coffee was very bad, housekeepers dont clean room well, even didn’t refilling amenities water etc! Waitresses are chatting loudly while having breakfast. They do nothing just standing and talking each other. They don’t bring coffee, costomers must make their own coffee. Will not book there anymore. They dont clean showers , it was very dirty bath tub and shower floors !

Breakfast was great and amenities were sufficient. Staff were also very friendly!

I took my sister on this trip to Capetown. Everything was awesome. The service was top tier, from the concierge assisting us with local places to explore , to the on sight restaurants. I’ll definitely come back in the future. I was just disappointed with the hair on the bathroom floor upon checking in. We also had to request robes & sleepers as opposed to finding them available in the room.

Spent a week in this hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful, room big and well equipped, breakfast is great, lot's of choice, swimming pool quite small but very nice, location is good, there is free parking outside or in the garage of the hotel.

Great location, great service, satisfied

The hotel first gave me a room by the road, which was very noisy, like sleeping on a horse. Later, the front desk changed me to a room that was very good. The room was well decorated and the price was not expensive.

Very friendly staff, great location, close to attractions. Great breakfast, clean rooms, business friendly. Many restaurants nearby, all rated well.

The room is a little small and closer to Table Mountain

The hotel's overall value for money is good.
