Helpful staff as we find our room is very noisy with the air-conditioner, he came to our room very soon. Good breakfast and refill very fast, comfortable and quiet room with good sleep.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good There are some supermarkets nearby. The cleaning can be improved. The bed is dirty and dusty.

Pretty good no complaints whatsoever

The location is far from the city center, and it is not convenient to get to the attractions, but it is still within walking distance. Close to large supermarkets and household goods stores, very suitable for shopping; there are a few restaurants nearby, overall it is good!

The room we were assigned was a handicap room, so it was very spacious. However, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was broken and I couldn't find anyone to fix it, so the room smelled very bad, which I wasn't satisfied with. The location is quite convenient and the breakfast is good.

very clean. And the hotel dinner menu is great, cheap and delicious. recommend. Although the vending machine is out of water, it is still a good choice. The staff is also very nice, it is a good choice for business trips nearby

Very clean, quiet and safe!

Tony on the reception was amazing, we had a problem with our room, he was so kind and sorted everything out. Nothing was too much trouble. He really went out of his way for us.

The beds are always comfortable, the breakfasts superb and the staff friendly and helpful. Good parking facilities onsite, always useful in a city as car-unfriendly as Cambridge.

First time with Premier Inn as regular for many years with neighbouring Travelodge. 100% better in every way. Friendly staff,very clean throughout and lovely breakfast. Also air conditioning unlike Travelodge. Definitely our new place to stay.

Extremely high levels of cleanliness and comfort. The bar was bustling when we arrived (Saturday night), so I was pleasantly surprised that you couldn't hear a thing from the room, and in fact didn't hear a peep from anyone the entire time. Bathroom was adequate, perhaps a little squashed for a family visit but we were only staying for one night. Climate control excellent - MUCH better than in similar hotels we have stayed at, it was very easy to use and worked perfectly and was adequate for the size of the room despite outside temperatures being well above 30. Check in/out very efficient and easy. BUT parking is a bit of a nightmare. It's not right in the city centre so I would have expected better. The underground car park is EXTREMELY limited (and not cheap if you could get a space!). There was free parking on surrounding streets but this was not apparent from website, which made arrival quite stressful

Lovely clean hotel and the Premier Plus Room was excellent. The breakfast however was one of the worst I’ve ever had at a Premier Inn. Mostly cold on both days. Toaster completely useless so toast with your breakfast was out of the question. The location of the hotel is fine for visiting Cambridge and not to far out of town.

We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated how helpful they were when I needed to use an iron and ironing board – they made sure I had everything I needed. The team at the dining area (breakfast) were also very welcoming and made us feel at home. Great service all around – thank you!

I stayed at the Premier Inn (Premier Plus room) while attending a conference in Cambridge, and it was absolutely perfect for my two-day trip. The room was spacious, spotless, and—most importantly—cool, which was a blessing in the middle of a 30+ degree heatwave! The bathroom was equally impressive—large, clean, with both a bath and shower. I really appreciated the little touches: coffee and water in the room, a well-cooked and genuinely tasty breakfast each morning, and above all, the friendly and welcoming staff. Everything I needed was right there. Cool, comfortable, convenient—and I’d absolutely stay again.
