Wonderful structure that combines the splendor of an elegant seventeenth-century villa with the modernity and functionality of one of the best-equipped wellness centers in Italy. Staff worthy of the stars achieved by the structure. Excellent and well-stocked breakfast. Perhaps just a little additional maintenance for some rooms but overall almost excellent.

A luxurious hotel in a historic palazzo, in a beautiful quiet place. There is beauty and tranquility around: hills, ponds, ducks, golf courses, pine trees. Very comfortable bed, large warm bathroom, pleasant cosmetics. Chic breakfast. The SPA has many locations, even with a large number of visitors there is enough space for everyone. The New Year's dinner and aperitif were very exquisite.

The structure is located in a very characteristic context. The interiors and furnishings are well looked after. Access to the spa from the hotel is very convenient and the spa is absolutely worth it. The breakfast buffet is full of healthy, quality foods. The breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately the building is very sensitive to rain infiltrations. Definitely needs fixing (some corridors literally flood during the rain). The part of the Chestnut Residence (a sort of annex of the hotel) is absolutely inconvenient to reach and the room was cold. Everything promoted except the room for these reasons.

New Hotel Spa in the QC Terme area. Very beautiful and functional. Many people "daily" but the services are not affected. They are working to ensure that hotel guests receive a "personalized" service. There is currently no restaurant (but I don't think there will ever be one) but you won't die of hunger between the buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and light dinner with few but valid alternatives.

I booked this trip for my mums 50th birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If booking for a special occasion you can pay for a massage or a bottle of wine to be left on the bed but they don’t offer a service where they decorate the room/bed. You only receive access to the spa area when you get access to your room, we were able to wait in one of the side rooms with refreshments and the room was ready after about 20 mins which was nice as they said check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am and you lose access to the spa at this time as well unless you pay around €60pp for spa access for the day, or €70 for late checkout (6pm). We stayed for 2 nights, the room was basic but very nice, beds comfortable and pillows good. You receive new robes and towels everyday, and there are some toiletries left in a bag in the bathroom for you to use: soap; shampoo; conditioner; moisturiser; body wash etc., as well as a Dyson hairdryer with some attachments. The toiletries also get topped up every day even if you have not used them, which is good as they only provide enough for one person in one bag. I have a dairy allergy and was slightly limited in what I could eat at the aperitif, only a select few breads and some olives. Everyone receives a platter with 4 jars containing olives, cheese, salami, and nectarine, however there is not much of each in the pots. There are various different drinks at this time, beer, prosecco, flavoured water etc. Breakfast was much better but still very carbohydrate based, just breads and cereal and then some fruit, jam/honey and boiled eggs. There are meringues and some dried fruit out with someone serving these as you walk around, and an area to pour yourself a cup of rosehip tea, but I did not see anywhere to get water throughout the day. The bathrooms in the spa area don’t seem to lock so we had to take it in turns to stand outside and guard the doors, which are frosted glass so when you’re inside you don’t feel as though you have much privacy. As the spa is fairly far away from everything it is difficult to get to so we had to opt for an uber which was £125 from the airport (Bergamo) to the hotel and £140 from the hotel to the shopping centre nearby the airport. Overall, I don’t think I would rush to book this one again but I highly enjoyed and recommend to all that are looking into it.

Plenty of space, plenty of flaws Visited on a weekday in February, this place is probably much more enjoyable in spring or summer, as indoor lounging areas are scarce while outdoor spaces are abundant. The pools can only be accessed by walking outside in the cold, with no covered area to store your robe in case of rain. I found the use of a simple paper wristband to assign lockers outdated, especially since there’s no way to charge extras like drinks or massages to a magnetic wristband, as is common in many European spas. Another issue is the management of extra time: why charge €12 per additional hour instead of offering a flat rate to extend the stay? On top of that, the rigid scheduling meant I missed out on the aperitivo. Lastly, the excessive crowding and noise in the locker rooms made the experience far from relaxing. I think my opinion is clear: I won’t be returning to QC Garda.

The hotel is a former Palazzo. Beautiful place with beautiful surroundings. Nice and warm staff. The rooms are a little bit difficult to find because the Palazzo it's a little bit of a labyrinth. The room are nice decorated and comfy. The bathroom amenities are not great. The breakfast is good. The restaurant hotel is good but you need to pay there because is not “connected” with the hotel so it's a bummer you carry on your money or credit cards. Anyway it was an amazing experience.

We will never come here again - overcrowded and nothing relaxing. While the rooms and the castello are very nicely renovated and rooms are nice and clean, the place is overcrowded. Hundreds of day guests - I assume it must be- overcrowding the spa and therme and daybeds area, it is busy and loud- yet if you do find a space. Weird dress code in bathrobe to join the also more than overcrowded aperitif- which needs advanced booking- although no free chairs. Golfcourse is at maximum fine- but not more. We would never come here again, yet thinking to spend the next night somewhere else. Disappointing.

Amazing experience, the spa exceeded my expectations. The infrastructure, staff and service are of very high standards. All the rooms, saunas and swimming pools are very clean and some of them smell so good. The snacks served were great. It's necessary for a car or a taxi to get there, it took me 15 min and cost around 30 euro by taxi from the city centre at Garda to the hotel.

Entrance at 7:30 PM with an aperitif. Price 57 euros, I think. Terrible aperitif. Only bread and cold, not-so-fresh pizzas. Half an hour to consume it without a plate and then they kick you out. Noisy pools. Bathrobes stolen or exchanged with a few people. At 10:00 PM they kick you out of the pools. Crowded and dirty changing rooms. No support, with the do's and a neurotic cleaner who passes your feet. It was supposed to be relaxing, but instead it's all stressful. For what you pay on a Saturday night at 7:30 PM, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I stayed one night, midweek, at the hotel with two-day access to the wellness program. We stayed in a standard room on the second floor of the main building. We are regular guests of this hotel and, as always, we appreciated the quality of the services, the kindness of the staff, and the relaxing atmosphere the hotel offers. However, this time our stay was marred by a significant problem: the cold. The rooms were freezing, as were all the common areas on the second floor. Unfortunately, upon asking the staff, we discovered that the boiler had been turned off the previous week due to an unusually hot weather for March and never turned back on with the normal drop in temperatures for this period. This made our stay less comfortable than usual. In a hotel of this caliber, such a mix-up should not happen, especially in the colder months. It's a shame, because the experience would have been perfect as always. I hope that in the future more attention will be paid to these details, because returning here is always a pleasure... but not if we have to suffer from the cold.

Spacious, well-furnished rooms with the pleasant surprise of a mattress and top that guarantee optimal sleep. Good breakfast served in a lounge with a vaulted ceiling, architecture from other times. The SPA is very beautiful, large and comfortable.

Spent a very pleasant day with your family in this welcoming and relaxing spa. It is accessed along the golf course and everything is very well looked after and elegant. Upon arrival, friendly and efficient staff explain to us how to make the most of our time and how their aperitif works. The swimming pools are well structured, both external and internal, with many possibilities for various sauna or shower experiences. The only flaw in my opinion is the presence of only one dressing room in the men's locker room. Next time we will try the golf club restaurant if possible.

It doesn't start well with an attendant at the parking barrier who would encourage you to go somewhere else because he oozes sympathy from every pore. Then luckily excellent reception (thanks to Deep). A small locker issue handled very well. Then begin the various rooms, saunas, waterfalls, Turkish baths, swimming pools of all types both internal and external with vigorous hydromassages. The swimming pool is spectacular, where some films with music and rain, wind and fog effects are projected on a gigantic 180 degree monitor. Sufficient buffet lunch in a beautiful courtyard or in internal rooms. In the afternoon we resume the various activities until the aperitif (included in the entrance price). Served in small glass containers, there are things of a level that to define as low is an understatement, despite the price being around 100 euros per person per day. This aperitif is really bad and certainly not in line with what the beauty of the place would suggest. A day (fortunately not too crowded) of relaxation that wouldn't take much to make it better.
