For our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!! We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note! Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end. Thanks so much for our Goan experience!!

A wonderful hotel on the first line! The hotel territory is a garden in which wooden guest houses are lost. Many different tropical plants, among them the houses are located so that guests do not interfere with each other and there is a feeling that you are alone with nature. Every day the hotel territory is improved: they sweep, sift the sand, plant plants, water. It seems to me that even every stone is laid out with love. There is always someone on duty at the reception, even at night. You can contact with any question and you will always be kindly helped. The house is small, simple wooden, but everything you need is in the room: a kettle, a refrigerator, air conditioning, tea, coffee, sugar, a liter bottle of water per person every day. The photo of the house and the inside corresponds to reality. (Our house was near the water tower and when it overflowed, the water flowed out and made a lot of noise, at any time of the day. The staff is not able to solve this problem. Therefore, take a house further from the tower). Electricity (like everywhere in Goa, often went out, but almost immediately everything was restored - perhaps they install generators. But there were no problems with hot water. There is a small swimming pool on the territory. It was a great help when there were strong waves at sea and it was impossible to go into the water. This is especially important for those with children. There is a shower near the pool, a toilet nearby. Towels for the pool - you can ask at the reception. On the tables there is a menu from the bar located on the beach. At the bar you can make an order and they will bring it to you either in your room or to the pool. On the beach, sun loungers are free for hotel guests. Basins with water are placed near the sun loungers - to rinse your feet from the sand. Such a nice care for guests. To have dinner or go to the store - you can choose a cafe on the nearest street - walk for 7 minutes leisurely. We really liked the hotel, we recommend it!!

Super Unterkunft 👌 gut gelegen, dennoch abgeschieden..

I recently stayed at the hotel as a solo getaway, and while the reservation process was smooth and simple through their website, my initial email to confirm details went unanswered. A follow-up call promptly addressed my concerns, and I must commend Austin for being very pleasant and welcoming during check-in. I opted to stay at the Oceanside Cottage, attracted by the promise of a unique cottage-themed setting with a jungle beach vibe. Unfortunately, the room quality fell far short of expectations. The space was noticeably filthy—with layers of dust on the TV and lamp shades—and there were ants on the bed. Although the cleaning staff responded quickly to my initial request by sweeping the area, they were reluctant to mop the room until a tip was given. The experience further deteriorated with no hot water available during my shower. Upon returning to my room, I was dismayed to find a couple of lizards on my bed, which left me no choice but to check out early. While the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi when I decided to leave, I ended up paying for my full stay without any partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience. On a brighter note, the bar shack linked to the hotel offered delicious food and was staffed by great, friendly personnel. The hotel's location is excellent, situated conveniently between Baga and Calangute beaches—ideal for exploring on foot. However, despite these potential benefits and the charming thematic design, the lack of basic hygiene and room maintenance, including visible gaps and unsealed areas, detracted significantly from the overall experience. In light of these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially for guests who expect a safe, hygienic, and hassle-free stay.

We stayed for 10 days in one of the wood bungalows, a great size space, with lovely furnishings, great AC, always clean and the staff are all so friendly and helpful, the pool area is amazing and it’s a 2 minutes walk down to the beach and Bongos beach shack.

The property is best and near to beach, they provide best services to customer and the food is really awesome

Very pathetic stay and experience. It’s on beach but it’s just a room. No proper water facility and they charged curtilary charges, I haven’t seen this in any hotel

This is an excellent property to stay and chill in Goa. Food tastes okayish. Location is also very good. The beach is hardly 50mts away. Loved the ambience of the property, especially at night. Service at the Bongo Shack is also good. If you want to do water activities, this is the place. Overall, had a great time. 👍

The cottage was stunning, with easy access to the beach, and the restaurant was fantastic. My only regret is not staying for 2-3 days. Location- excellent staff- courteous, well behaved and animal lovers food- good amenities - room size is a bit small but the staff is ready to help services- great wud love to re visit

After a whirlwind Golden Triangle tour we decided to fly down to Goa and relax for a couple of weeks . We started with 4 nights at Little India Beach Cottages in Calangute . Couldn’t be better , a perfect oasis away from the craziness. If you want the nightlife it’s literally a 10 minute walk ***** the beach to baga . The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean . The tropical gardens with the lovely statues are just beautiful. The pool is pristine and a perfect place to escape the sun . Sunset on the beach each evening and a drink from Bongos beach shack is not to be missed . ❤️
