I find it the cheapest hotel near Cairo Railway Station but there were constructions going on which smelled bad

all is nice but clean average nice Lounge room very good

The room is okay but it doesn’t smell nice because it seems like they’re still u/c and the lift is pretty weird so I use the stairs instead

Should improve the entrance. Quite difficult to locate. When I found the entrance, there were some wild dogs gathering in front of the entrance. Staff should be in uniform. Look more professional. I did not feel some welcoming at the reception. But they still allow me for early check in. Appreciated that. Not a good impression. Room seems quite new. But remember to bring your owe toothpaste and toothbrush. Its seem common in Egypt that all the accommodations doesn’t provide with them.

The hotel was located inside a small road in a busy market, we had to wait a lot for check in at night 2 am as Hotel staff were not aware of the booking for 2 people. Lot of back and forth they were calling manager etc as they thought it was for 1 person. Very cold hotel no heater provided.

My first stop in the trip. The location and service is wonderful. Staff are friendly and helped and suggested the trip nearby.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was awful—every time I reported an issue, they either ignored it or forgot. I called the receptionist multiple times and kept hearing, “We’ll send someone,” but after waiting 2-3 hours, nothing happened. When I went downstairs, the receptionist was on her phone, clearly not bothered. The Wi-Fi was useless, the shower had no curtain so water flooded the bathroom, and the “city view” room I paid extra for was a complete lie (photos attached). The AC only blew cold air, making the room freezing when heat was needed—why advertise AC if it doesn’t work? I asked to speak to the manager several times and was promised he’d be there in an hour—five hours later, still nothing. Loud streets outside are understandable, but the hotel’s lack of care is not. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve for future guests because I was clearly failed as a guest here. Never coming back. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

It's a clean hotel in the city centre. However, hotel still under old name which is very confusing for taxi and uber driver..kindly, change to new name. Thanks+

It nice hotel in good location but it's very noisy night time and the hotel has changed name to Fontana hotel

The staff were friendly and good. The location and the view wasn't that good, my shower was broken but the staff came to fix me as soon as I complained. The water was cold so that's a minus point and it was going under construction so a bit noisy.

Despite some construction works in the main entrance hall, the room is quite convenient. Problem was tv and music switched on by hotel workers very early in the morning

Surprised 🤨 When I arrived at the hotel I didn't find my booking! Trip.com assistance helped me out in a few seconds. Front desk 🥹 Wasn't helpful at first but then all was good. The reception manager was of great help. Underrated 👌 The hotel, the rooms, and the staff are underrated. I only payed $10 per night, and I think it deserves more. Recommended ✌️ If you're planning to stay in Center Cairo, this hotel is in the center of Ramsis Square, with all transportation options around. It's even a good cheap option for near-airport stay. Advice 👋 After booking, reach out to the hotel via their attached mobile number over phone, or better over WhatsApp to confirm the booking and avoid overbooking room issues.
