Nice hotel , sea view from balcony pretty amazing , location hmm , not really good location, nothing around just sea . Any attractions need to drive more than an hour.

I love the terrace so bad, Magnificent place for seeing sunrise. Also the private mini bathtub at the terrace, great choice for being wet without having sand. It’s only 2 minutes by the beach. At 2nd floor they have laundry room for free (but you have to purchase the soap at lobby for 2000₩). Every floor have microwave in front of the lift.  In our opinion, the ocean view room is the best way to stay there.

It was our family's first trip and when we arrived at the hotel, the room was very dirty and the cleaning was terrible. Everyone was shocked and said they had made a mistake and changed the room. But I didn't like the first impression because it was so good. At breakfast, the children didn't wake up and were 5 minutes late. They didn't even give us coffee. Our 3 children were crying and asked if they could give us milk. I was really hurt.

Very run down. Not very clean, otherwise location is bit far from the center but it is good, view is great. Very good for the price they offer.

it's a great hotel, the ocean view is really fantastic. however, it is not a good location for a tourist who wants to visit a lot of attractions as it is 1.5hrs far from the city center. It will be fine if you are going there for surfing only or if you have a car

It was a great location and the price you can’t beat. Love how close it was to the beach. We did go recently so it wasn’t hot but still great. Bed is not soft but also not the hardest I’ve slept on before so wasn’t an issue for us as it didn’t break our backs. So if you want soft bed this is not a place for you also it’s not like we spent most of our time in the room we were out exploring. Staff is friendly and let us borrow outlet converter since we forgot ours. Bring a regular towel if not you’ll be using all the small towels they have for the shower. Other than that I recommend this if you’re on a budget and want to be close to the beach or in the middle of popular places to visit like Lotte Park/temple to cable cars/gamcheon village.

Hotel and toilet is very big with a tub! Very pretty and nice feel near the sea, walking distance to the beach and lots of cafe. Good if you wanna go around the beach area. Only downside is that the metro station is very far away.

I am very sorry to have to leave this negative review. I will start with the positive things, the room is large, and the view of Songjeong Beach, relaxing. Despite the rain I really enjoyed the view from our terrace. As for the negative aspects, the hotel is old and dirty, the room is full of cracks in the wall, the wallpaper is patched with scotch tape, the bathroom door inside is full of mold (we asked to clean it, but it was not done) the bathroom sink with rust. The services are terrible, breakfast is only served from Monday to Friday, and on the days it is served, it is absolutely embarrassing, machines that only make coffee, hard boiled eggs, sandwich bread, carton milk, butter and jam. This is all that is offered by the hotel. At the reception they only speak Korean, to be able to ask for information, we had to use the translator on our cell phone, and we were not the only ones to do so. An experience not to be repeated. Trip.com should better check the hotels it offers to its customers, the photos on the site are misleading.

We stayed for 3 nights, during this time they did not clean the room even once, but we knew about it in advance! The view from the balcony is great, the breakfast is dismal and is not provided on weekends, but in the canteen there is a machine for brewing biscuits and a coffee machine
