Great customer service, room size, got a desk, and great location. The beds though. Lay a cm thick blanket over box springs and that's what you get. They rent out thin pads for 10k won. I made due with two. For the price, this is a good place. No laundry though.

Avoid this hotel! There is an old man at the front desk with a very bad attitude. We left the hotel at around 10 am and wanted to store our luggage to pick it up in the evening. The front desk said that the luggage must be taken away before 2 pm. I asked him for more storage time but it was not possible. The attitude was very bad. He kept asking questions and said that if the luggage was not taken away before 2 pm, the luggage would be placed outside the hotel! ? ? It's outrageous. We only have two small suitcases. In the end, we stored them at the bakery next door... When we came back at night, we took a taxi at the hotel entrance and stopped under the parking building to avoid the rain. The old man came out and drove us away. His attitude was really very bad. Chinese tourists, let's avoid this hotel, it's really super!

It was close to the station and the owner was friendly and considerate. The interior rooms were clean and tidy, so I had a pleasant stay. The king bed is spacious enough for 2 people. I plan to use it again when I travel to Busan next time. 👍

The location is excellent if you want to explore the Busan-Nampo-dong area. In front of the Busan Museum, no matter which station you get off at, if you aim for Busan Tower, you will automatically arrive at the hotel. The surrounding area was dark, but there were only hotels and convenience stores and marts, so I didn't feel unsafe. There are many slopes, so be careful if you have luggage! The building itself feels old, so if you like so-called luxury hotels or new Japanese business hotels, you should avoid it. Old but cute inside and out. Amenities are set to pouch lotion and facial cleanser. Korean-style toilet, washbasin, bathtub, and washing area are all in one room, and there is no shower curtain. It feels like a friend's house. The people at the front desk are all kind, so if you don't speak Japanese but have trouble, please use a translation app to communicate. We stayed for 2 nights, but even though it was a simple cleaning, they changed all the towels. It's an old building, so be careful with the power supply! Doesn't include a converter. A charging adapter for a mobile phone is installed, but if you want to use a hair iron, I think you should buy an extension cable in Korea.
