Good location which is easily going attractions, shopping areas, etc. It’s interesting that there is a big market nearby selling local food, snacks, veggie and fruits, as well as Olive Young cosmetics. Hotel service is good, too. Recommended!

Great location, next to Jagalchi metro station and short walk away from the Busan Tower and BIFF square. Right outside the street is filled with loads of street food options. The room is very nice and functional. Nice shower. The hotel provides only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. There’s a smart water dispenser - can choose hot, normal or cold water. No slippers or tooth paste or brush. You can get them for extra charge at the reception. The noise isolation is good, as I had good sleep and didn’t hear any neighbors. The only annoying thing is the elevators as they are always busy and sometimes you need to wait for them quite long, especially around check out time. Anyway, my stay was pleasant.

This is very nice located and just 700 meters to Jagalchi Market! We stayed just 2 nights but wished to stay more so you could even use washing machine, cooking if needed has a water dispenser too which was very conveniente.

Nice location and hospitality with sincerity, especially night landscape appeared to be stunningly excellent.

If you don't want to sleep on the floor you should choose another hotel. It was very disappointing experience. The worst service I have ever met. Don't repeat my mistake.

Room is not spacious but it is enough. Excellent location just next to BIFF. Very close to the seafood market also. Check out time is 11am, which is bit early but they offered one hour late check out if you share comments on the social media. Nice view in the room. Just one thing they didn’t offer big bath towels on the other day, only small size towels were provided. And there’s no hook or hangers for used towels…

location and facility .... very standard, especially on location, but main thing is service, well trained and prepared personal knwo exactly what to do and the needs. Super highly recommended.

The hotel is close to the subway and Songdo Beach (we took a bus to get there), but the street where the hotel is located looks dangerous. We were quickly checked in and offered an upgrade, but there was no tea or coffee in the room. We bought a brush at the reception. There were lipstick marks on one of the towels, and the air conditioner blew out a strange smell. We forgave the shortcomings for the view from the window.

Clean hotel with strategic location. Also not to forget the helpful and friendly staffs! Thank you! And strongly recommend this hotel to those who wanted to stay nearby Busan Station.

Convenient and helpful receptionist. Receptionist gave free breakfast due to let me waiting about mins as complimentary.

Great front desk service! We were flying to Jeju after our stay and the front desk staff (I apologize I wish I got her name) let us leave two of our luggage’s there! There was a great view of Busan and very close to local restaurants and shops!
