Great stay at shahzan wyndham. New hotel management since last visit on 2019

Hotel services are nice but the hotel room with some bad smell

The hotel is near to clock tower, they are still under renovation you may expect some dust. Seems the contractor living in the room in front of my room but no issue. Nice golf view and clock tower. Great staffs. Spacious room.

This was the first time coming here. The hotel was newly renovated. The cleanliness was good, the amenities provide in the room also good - slippers, towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste, iron board and dryers as well as coffee and tea making. However i cant comment on the facilities as we never used any during our 2D 1N stay. But during our stay they were also some renovations done. Overall, it was a good stay. Walkable to the fraser hill clock and some eateries.

One of the best accomodation in Fraser Hill. Recommended for solo, group and family trip

1. The liquid soap in the bottle is finished and i call the receptionist at 11pm. They promised to come for that at 8am the next day but they never showed up. Even the house keeping tht tidy the room did not replenish the soap…i hv to call again and then only they do it. 2. During the breakfast on 3 May, while taking the food, a female (the only) waitress asked me for my room number infront of other guests eventhough the waiter has ticked it when i first entered the cafe…i dont like it and it was embarrasing and make me feel like as though i am cheater. They should be trained.

This is the perfect getaway when you're feeling overwhelmed with work and need to escape into nature. The hilltop location offers such a cool and refreshing climate that you won’t even miss air conditioning. While the food selection is a bit limited, especially considering the price of RM450 per night, the calming views more than make up for it. I’ll definitely be returning for the serenity this place provides.

Very nice hotel and location! Staff were very friendly. Perfect location for hiking and nature.

It has been transformed into a remodeled hotel. The facilities are clean and very nice.

The hotel was still under renovation at certain parts, so the room was quite dusty. The newly renovated room was nice, but there was no air cond or fan. I had to request a stand fan which was very noisy. The breakfast option has fewer selections compared to the last time I visited. Also, there was a male staff member there who was a little unwelcoming.
