Hotel staff are fantastic, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are new. Location is also excellent, on the edge of the city center / main tourist area on the Pest side, with metro, buses and tram stations all next to the hotel.

The stay at Crowne Plaza Budapest was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed and modern design. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and professional. The location is great — just a short walk to the city center and public transport. Although breakfast was not included in my booking, the nearby options made up for it. A very good choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would love to stay here again!

The connection to the Westend mall was very nice. It also leads to the Metro1 line. So it’s not near the attractions but it’s easy to get to places.

This hotel is the best Crowne Plaza I’ve stayed at - and I stay at a lot of hotels through work. Very modern and clean, great location near an underground station, train station and bus stops, and is actually attached to a huge shopping mall. My wife and I visited Budapest for the first time and stayed at this hotel, booking a room on the executive floor to give access to the lounge. It was a great experience overall and if/when we‘re back in Budapest we will definitely choose this Crowne Plaza hotel again.

Good location. Very near train station. Within walking distance from parliament and river. Facilities are new. Breakfast and service are good! Very pleasant stay. Good value for money.

Nice hotel

The Crowne Plaza Budapest is in a great location, with the Westend shopping mall downstairs. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are reasonably designed, spacious and bright, the breakfast is very rich, and you can also use the sauna and fitness for free. When we left the hotel, the front desk sent ice cream. It was a very comfortable stay and I was very satisfied

The hotel is located next to the train station, very convenient, close to the Capitol, and within walking distance of any tourist attraction. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and buying daily necessities.

I stayed at the Crown Hotel in Budapest for four nights. In addition to the large room, it is also very convenient to get in and out. The subway station is only a few minutes away, making it convenient to go everywhere. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The breakfast was also good, the food was fresh and varied, except that the coffee was not very tasty, but overall I was very satisfied and recommended.
