We were a bit worry after reading some review, about the noise level because of the bar nearby and problem with not receiving check in instruction. Our room turn out great, enjoy our stay so much. We have booked the balcony room. the room is big and clean, kitchen facilities is good. Didn't heard any noise from downstair. The air cond control panel is a bit confusing, but not a big problem.

Very very troublesome. Trip.com tried to contact me few days before my stay asking for my email for the hotel to send me instructions. Need to download app etc. Very late check in at 4pm for me. Waited since 12.30pm with my luggages. No luggage storage. Not just me, outside the hotel there were 4 other groups of people waiting and keeps refreshing their email waiting for the check in. Check out at 10am, I have no idea why 3pm still can't finish cleaning. During my 3 day stay there were no cleaning at all so what are you busy with?

Nice n clean room very spacious with a living room and one bedroom . There is also a kitchen for cooking.

I had booked two apartments for two people after we arrived at the location at 5:00 in the afternoon there was no one to welcome us there is no reception there is no one to assist you. We tried to register online but the system had some problem and we were unable to. then we tried to contact something like reception by phone but the woman who called didn't know any English at all she behaved rudely and arrogantly and hung up the phone twice. After standing for nearly an hour in front of the entrance to the apartments, we were unable to get in. We had to book another hotel to stay at. I would like my amount refunded back to my credit card. What the owners of this property are doing is absolutely unacceptable. Once again I am convinced that this country and this city are absolutely not good.

Nice place, check in went easy. But there was a very loud noise from the toilet room. Not clear what it was,maybe some generator, but it was almost all the time and was disturbing us. There was no one to talk to as there was no reception.

Very good nice clean good location easy shopping

The apartment is very spacious and clean, with sofa and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave and utensils, the only downside is there is no oven, but otherwise everything else was fine. Location is alright, a short tram or underground ride to most attractions or city centre. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. There is no reception at the property and requires checking in with hotel in advance. Access to property is through downloading an app, which is slightly inconvenient but alright for us.

Much more economical options available in budapest

Located centrally within a short walk to a number of good bars, restaurants and cafes however it can get noisy until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was compact but big enough for 2 people however the bed was a very small queen. There was only 1 coffee capsule for 2 people staying and although there were lots of electrical sockets, they were all for European plugs and not one had a USB connection which would be far more useful for most travellers. The bathroom mirror was laughable - I’m 5ft 2” and could just see the top of my head in it! Instructions to gain entry were emailed on check-in day, which also included downloading an app. This would’ve been useful to know prior to travelling.

Nice stay and cozy. Everything quite well maintained except the couch. Reception available to store luggage. Can cook n wash great!

Metro station, tram station, supermarkets, money exchange are within several minutes walk. Very convenient location. The apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen and toilets are well equipped. Washing machine and balcony are provided too. The reception was from 8am to 8pm? The fire alarm rang on 31.12.2023 and I had to check means of escape myself to the street. Gladly that fire engine arrived soon. Please respect the rules and not to smoke or light fire indoors.

This is apartment was an excellent choice for a several day visit to Budapest. The location was out of the bustle but easily accessible to public transport and many restaurants. A basic kitchen and clothes washer helped create a sense of home in the middle of a long travel itinerary.
