The room is big, the location is good, by the sea, there is parking space, which is very convenient. The only thing I want to complain about is the breakfast, it looks unclean, the cheese and ham slices look like they have been there for a few days, I don't want to eat them

Room with several insects on the walls and a lot of humidity. Breakfast was very poor in variety and quantity. Negative experience. Prices are higher than the quality of the accommodation and amenities.

The service was attentive and friendly. The room was well-kept, the bed was soft, and the view over the sea and the outdoor pool area. TV, internet. Full continental breakfast. The indoor pool was very warm and the jacuzzi was also very nice, and the common areas were very nice.

Excellent location with some rooms with sea views. Private parking included in the price. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Great beds. Impeccable cleanliness. Good lighting. Reasonable prices Good breakfast. They should take more care with the freshness of the bread.

Subject: Complaint about New Year's Eve dinner Dear Sirs. Dear Hotel AtlantidaSol, I hereby express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the New Year's Eve dinner held on December 31, 2024. I had high expectations for this special occasion, based on what was announced by your establishment. However, the experience was disappointing due to the following problems: 1. Lack of food: There was not enough food for everyone present, something unacceptable at an event of this nature. Many of the guests were left without access to what was promised. 2. Poor service: The service was extremely disorganized, with little or no ability to resolve problems on the part of the staff. 3. Failure to meet expectations: The event was far below what was announced and expected for a night as memorable as New Year's Eve. Date: 01/01/2025

Unpleasant experience. Room smelled of urine, telephone not working! After complaining at reception, they changed our room and we were given a much lower quality one, on the positive side it didn't smell of urine, but it didn't smell clean either. Not enough hygiene products even for a family stay, knowing that it was an exchange of dissatisfied customers they could have been more careful and not even that! 🪳 Cockroaches in the spa, sand in the jacuzzi, and the same without pressure. Pleasant outdoor area with sea view, with moments of construction noise in the middle of the weekend. Attentive staff, trying to remedy what cannot be fixed. Value for money, very poor! I really don't recommend it!

Since you took away my ability to write a review on Booking (weird weird), then I'm marking it here too :) It's overpriced for the quality of the establishment. I asked to change rooms twice because they were dirty (hairs on the toilet, traces of fluids on the bedside tables, dead insects on the floor, numerous traces on the mirrors, fungus on a headboard and a layer of dust on the headboard of the second room). The third room was ok in terms of cleanliness, but I think I was lucky. All the furniture and facilities are in very poor condition. The smell of the rooms on the parking side is disgusting. There is an abnormal humidity level in these rooms. And given the equipment on the cleaning lady's trolley, it's not surprising that they are reduced to this quality of work. Only one sponge and one washcloth? Anyone who has ever worked in the hotel industry can confirm that it is indecent to see such equipment cleaning hotel rooms. Besides, where is the "do not disturb" sign? Because when the cleaning lady comes into the room while I am in my underwear, it is slightly uncomfortable!! This is the first time that I have paid for breakfast in a hotel without eating it, because it was very low-end. I am attaching all the photos to prove it, because otherwise people will say that I am the one who is complicated, as the manager implied to me... After talking to the manager, he explained to me that "I don't like it" and that his staff is tired from the season. The staff is incredibly kind, and if they were paid more they would perhaps do a better job! I have already told you, but don't forget that without your staff, there is no hotel! For an opinion to be fair and honest, you must properly argue it. In any case, I ask for the benefit of the doubt and if anyone doubts what I have stated, well… very easy! Check it out. We arrived at this hotel and at the reception a polite lady, but without many explanations of the facilities that we could use and chewing gum, took note of our identity and assigned us the corresponding room (with sea views, as requested). The room was spacious but adequate for a hotel like this. It had deficiencies in cleanliness such as sand from the beach on the floor from previous users. The spacious, soft spring mattress and the unbearable pillow, which made the first night an ordeal. The bed in question was adorned with a sky blue band, which had some whitish stains, (poorly cleaned) suspiciously, from biological remains. The curtains needed to be cleaned immediately. The large terrace with good views, but both table and chairs had the same deficiencies in cleanliness. There are too few cleaning staff for so many rooms, so it is impossible for them to do their job properly, no matter how hard they try. The pool, with pleasant fresh water (there is another indoor pool with a jacuzzi that we were not informed about), is not monitored. One of the showers, as well as the gym that they advertise, was “out of order”. The sun loungers are few and sunbathed and look unhealthy, but by putting a towel over them you can mitigate this inconvenience. They have straw shade, which is a danger for tall people, as was my case. As they do not serve meals, you can, in the pool canteen, order something light (a basic hamburger or sandwich) until 5:00 p.m. local time and eat it on the terrace; after this time they close and the food is gone (paying of course). Of the recreational activities advertised on a board: not a single one. The cafeteria is only attended at certain times by a young lady (Olga), with a perfect smile and proven kindness. She is the best thing about this hotel and I don't think it will last long (I recommend the mojitos she makes). The big drawback is that there is no other staff and her service hours are very limited. The breakfast is very basic, catered, so it was monotonous and lacking in variety. The hotel is located near the coast, far from anywhere, but it is true that about 300 m away there is a restaurant, pizzeria and hamburger joint (we went to the latter one day for dinner and we were happy with the service received). In short, it has been one of the worst hotels we have stayed in, but it was a last minute choice and we took what we found free.

For a 3-star hotel, it is very pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was good with a good bathroom, where the shower area was completely enclosed, so we didn't get the bathroom wet due to the good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too low, but we could fix that by asking for an extra pillow. The breakfast was very acceptable, but not excellent, and the room was well-sized for the large number of people staying at the hotel. The parking lot was large, but it was barely big enough for the number of people staying there. Unfortunately, as the weather was bad, we couldn't try out the pool, but it looked very nice.

Group stay during Carnival. Reasonable facilities and good rest. Pleasant breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Friendly and good treatment. I will return whenever possible. The group enjoyed the stay. Improving the facilities would be a good solution for greater satisfaction.
