The location is closed to the Metro Louize Station. Staff is friendly and willing to introduce the famous food. Breakfast is fine for vegetarian.

Hotel was located very strategically near shopping district.

The hotel is of good quality, with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to assist us, offering information on local restaurants and chocolate shops. Our stay in the room was comfortable, and the cleanliness was commendable. However, being situated near a bar district, there is a possibility of late-night noise from people on the streets during weekends, which could be somewhat disruptive. Additionally, the hotel's location is not ideal, requiring a minimum of 20 minutes to reach the city center and 15 minutes to the nearest railway station. Nevertheless, considering the price point, these minor drawbacks are acceptable.

Beautiful rooms in the heart of Brussels.

We were upgraded from twin to triple. Very clean and nice addition of the coffee machine and coffee pods. Excellent reception service, very polite and helpful. They allowed us to check in slightly earlier. We could also leave our bags after check out until we have to go to the train station. Within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. metro, trams etc. Excellent buffet style breakfast, great choice. I would definitely stay again

It’s clean and convenient

It was a very good experience, the room is spacious, quiet, the hotel is well located, the breakfast is very generous and the dining area is comfortable and pleasant. I had a good time.

Pleasant stay at the NH Stephanie Hotel. The property is well located, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent.

There are small details that make the difference, but this one doesn't: you can't use the heating to promote energy saving (air conditioning is only allowed in summer...), the toilet paper is the roughest we've ever used, unrefilled soap bottles, intermittent reception service (we were there one night at about 11pm and had to wait outside for a few minutes for them to open). On the other hand, the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, particularly the reception staff, is noteworthy.

The room is quite clean, but it is very noisy at night as it faces the street! Hygiene: Clean Facilities: Two beds Environment: Normal Service: Normal Ahh ...

The hotel is in the city center, close to the subway station, and there are many delicious restaurants around. The breakfast is really rich. The room is big and the guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I will consider this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.
